Just watched a couple of lovely interviews with our Jess and thought it time for a thread to loon over what promises to be the song of the contest.

 

 

It's a shame that they aren't letting her sing on the night of the final.

I'd love to see Australia take part properly - maybe there should be 1 'rest of world spot' each year available. I'm sure there would be a good way of making that able to happen with some changing of the rules ^^ I'm not one for corporate rules ;p

I've just watched that first interview, I love that she seems so excited to be taking part! It's just a shame that BBC Three will probably decide to show some backstage interviews or something instead of the semi final interval acts like they usually do :(

This is what I remember! I seem to remember the commentators saying "and now let's go back to the stage to see Agnes performing" or something like that, and then 10 seconds later her performance has finished! :lol:

The lack of R LINDA last year really f***ed me off as well.

 

Will probably try and watch the EBU stream during the interval to make sure I catch her.

 

 

If the BBC f*** this up for her there will be HELL to pay.

I'm just listening to the SBS Eurovision Radio station for the first time, why haven't I listened to it before as it's amazing? :lol: Charlotte Perrelli's 'Hero' is currently playing. ^_^

I'm legit more excited for Jess than I am for even the final tbh :lol: if they cut her for Laura bloody I will not be best pleased AT ALL.

This is why it's always better streaming the semi on eurovision.tv than on BBC3, no inane commentary (I am fine with Graham Norton on the Grand Final but the semi people are just moronic) and you get the full interval acts!

I always watch it on catch-up after watching it on BBC Three anyway. But I was so pissed off at Agnes being cut to make way for Scott bloody Mills and "Dr. Eurovision" talking about who was hot!

Dr Eurovision is a complete and utter re****. He has a future ahead of him as a sun 'journalist'.

I swear I saw Darin on the BBC3 coverage last year...

Loved the press conference! Jess is just a complete legend and Julia Zemiro is just so funny! I've seen her in a few Aussie shows and she's just brilliant.

Jessica has just performed in the dress rehearsal and the song was a 'great upbeat pop song' according to ESC Xtra. Also ESC Kaz have tweeted that it is 'a fantastic song' and 'we should be lucky Australia isn't taking part!'

 

I'm sure we'll find some more details later today.
