It looks like Happy will get that 21st week in the top ten after all, then, considering both versions are higher than they were for much of last week.

Anyone still buying it at this point shouldn't be allowed to spend money whatsoever.

Is Cher Lloyd anywhere in the top 1000 with 'bind your love'?

183. Cher Lloyd - Bind Your Love

I noticed it was around #150 earlier though!

Thanks, can't get the top1500 on my phone at the moment for some odd reason?

Glad Calvin is doing well. Not a massive fan but like the song although I think it sounds better with the video.

I hope that Kasabian song charts at at least #27, then that'll be four times in four weeks that an indie band starting with a 'K' has come back with a bigger hit than their last lead single (after Klaxons, Kaiser Chiefs and [The] Kooks). :magic:

The Marilyn Monroe track by Pharrell is a grower, loving it more on every listen, could challenge for a #1 for a few weeks the only competition is the new track from Rita Ora, both tracks are released the same week.

I bet you Happy will stay another 2 weeks inside the top 10 and to be replaced by MM  oh well, Pharrell not going anywhere fast :drama:

They shouldn't in theory, but in practice they do (the OCC counted the Sunday should-be-ineligible for the likes of Lady Gaga and One Direction, I'm pretty sure they've only excluded those sales for Eminem).

Also 'Midnight' was allowed to chart this week as it shows up at #89 - I guess they can separate single sales then. (To be fair this is a slightly different situation as the remix is a separate single release, so they're not differentiating between album pre-orders and cherrypicks from the allbum).

Sorry Bre missed the chart today was watching the Liverpool match (:() but was the No 89 position midnight charted in sales from the remix not the original version that went top 10?

How do you know that they did?

It was pretty obvious looking at the midweeks that they hadn't lost a day of sales. The 1D tracks were around the same area in the early midweeks as other tracks which had been around the same positions on iTunes for example, whereas if they had Sunday sales excluded they'd have been far lower (possibly outside the chart completely) as they sold only a couple hundred copies a day after Sunday.

9. Idina Menzel - Let It Go

53. Pharrell Williams - Marilyn Monroe

93. Hardwell - Everybody Is in the Place (Radio Edit)

When did Hardwell get so high? :yahoo:

Liking that Hardwell track, stands out so much more than the generic, watered down "dance" shite making up the entire top 3 - and great to see the Prodigy being sampled!

Saying that I wouldn't be surprised if releases a bland David Guetta clone later in the year and gets to #1. That seems to be the way forward :(

How come Let It Go is in the top 10?!?!?!

Have I missed something! Not that I'm complaining!

Seeing as they seem to be rebounding slightly, here's a quick 'Frozen' (or related) update:

009. Idina Menzel - Let It Go & #53

036. Kristen Bell, Agatha Lee Monn & Katie Lopez - Do You Want to Build A Snowman? & #45

051. Idina Menzel & Kristen Bell - For the First Time In Forever & #143

062. Kristen Bell & Santino Fontana - Love Is An Open Door & #186

075. Demi Lovato - Let It Go & #194

110. Josh Gad - In Summer & #363

176. The Cast of Frozen & Maia Wilson - Fixer Upper & #764

204. Idina Menzel & Kristen Bell - For the First Time In Forever (Reprise) & #509

582. The Cast of Frozen - Frozen Heart

630. Alex Boyé - Let It Go - Africanized Cover (feat. One Voice Children's Choir)

687. Jonathan Groff - Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People

When is the Kasabian single out, guessing as it's not in the itunes charts, it isn't as of yet, doesn't seem to be able available to pre-order
No "single" release has cost her, its currently at 186 and 1064

:o

Thanks for replying to me MK. ^_^

At least some of it might be vinyl sales - I saw a 7" of it in a local record shop.

Yes, 92% of sales last week were physical (up to Thursday) so 8% were indeed from 7" vinyl sales. Only talking about 100-150 copies in total for the week probably but that is enough to be Top 5 on the physical chart, if not #1.
