This deserves a POST OF ITS OWN. Quite possibly my favourite girl group track ever, Something New had me hooked for weeks and weeks on end, and it still sounds just as fresh today as it always did for me :wub: Something New was the group's comeback single, their first single in 3 years, so naturally I and many others were very excited about it.

 

Additionally, it gave us another Sarah moment *_* Skip to 3:05 and watch to the end

When Girls Aloud came back in 2013, I never imagined they'd bring out a song that would challenge so many of my favourite songs of theirs. Something New is leauges better than Troublemaker, and deserved to be number 1 for 16 weeks.

They came back in 2012, Joe! :o Very nearly approaching 2 whole years since the comeback began, can't believe it.

Oh gosh, I guess they broke up in 2013 though :'( If streaming was included then, I wonder if SN would have gotten a silver. I'd love to know its sales to this day.

Surprisingly high, in my opinion at least, is my 4th favourite GA single, The Show! Undoubtedly one of their best videos, The Show was a #2 hit back in 2004 for the girls. Yes, it's 10 years old. Even 17 year old me feels ancient at that fact. The Show does seem quite underrated by the general public with most having forgot about its existence from my experience, which is quite gutting IMO.

'The Show' is wonderful, so much better than 'Love Machine', a shame the latter is seen in high regards to the public. :(

So with a WHOPPING 743 points, safely in 1st place, we have Call the Shots! Biology did very well with 3 scores of 40, on less than Call the Shots, but the latter had at *least* 18 points from EVERY SINGLE voter. No-one had it lower than #23 in their chart. VERY impressive stuff.

Gutted I missed most of this! However, Call the Shots is a deserving winner :wub: It would not have been my personal choice (Something Kinda Oooh :P) but the Nicola sola section is stunning and one of the best Girls Aloud moments on a single release!
