Good to see Nicki heading for the top 20. It already seems to be coming across as an underrated song... lol.

I think the last time you came in these threads must have been when Hold It Against Me dropped? That's one of my first Buzzjack memories.

Leona Lewis & Avicii "Collide" #449. Great to see this back! 59p atm ^_^

Who will win the June 2nd battle?

Lethal Bizzle feat Cherri Voncelle – The Drop Vs. Sing

The first one is doing much better on Pre orders... and it's the better song for me... sing is his worst by far and I love him very much... I think he will win with the BGT promo, although it's at the end of the week like in the last few hours so... :|

Nick now up to 18 she's slowing down a bit now but hopefully when more people start to catch on to it it will go top 10 hopefully radio support it as well .

think 'The Drop' will do similarly to German Whip (with a higher peak though). i doubt 'Sing' will sell any less than about 100k first week

Hopefully you mean straight out of the top 40 in week 2!

Just realised London Grammar's 'Strong' back again (currently #62 but higher earlier I think), the Ivor Novello effect I guess! :cheer:

Some music on TV tonight inc

Alan Carr - Ellie Goulding Beating Heart

Graham Norton - Pharrell Williams Marilyn Monroe

Plus Jools will give boosts to Ed Sheeran, Nick. Mulvey & Kelis!

Hahhhhhh.

That's probably about right, tbh. I monitored "Work Bitch" ...that was underwhelming.

I hope that gives 'Marilyn Monroe' a boost, such an excellent track and it's been frustrating watching it not be able to ascend past #25!

His performance sounded quite bland in comparison to the studio version, but hopefully it can still give it a good peak. It's managed to just pass #25 by the way, now #24! :P

Well at least it didn't take up too much of your time :P.

Yeah, the song (or at least that arrangement) didn't translate well live at all. Although the female mob thing at the end was a nice touch. I was astounded that I didn't cringe when he went into the audience and asked all the women to join him on stage - the man is too cool.

Hope the album gets a nice boost anyway as it seems the song isn't really up to much chart wise :(.

It seems "Happy" keeps getting the boosts, so the promo is helping. I've got my fingers crossed that R1's Big Weekend coverage can give the track a big push.
