First they didn't win a singing competition and 2nd they were on x factor usa so it's just logical that their first tv performance in the uk is on the x factor uk.

They came from a singing competition, and they launched on a UK singing competition. BUT THEY MIMED (so no singing)

The thing is I don't think they'll break it here if they fly back to the states after one performance. It's such a Saturday's thing to do, have one big promo date and nothing to follow; they could have easily nabbed a slot on This Morning and gone back to the US end of this week!

Why are they being so strict with copyright for the X Factor perfomances this year?

Who is the masculine looking one? Specifically in the "All I Want for Christmas is You" video (wearing a red hat).

 

I thought the performance on The X Factor was average at best. Yes, it was a great introduction and staging but their actual dancing was so awkward and basic. The only moment that I enjoyed them as a band was when they walked off the tiered stage and the one with a nose job pulled a face at the camera. I'm pleased they're getting a hit out of it but I would've preferred it to be "Sledgehammer", I've had this for five months now!

I still think a mash up could have worked; especially that break in the middle where the judges stood up, switching to Sledgehammer to push both songs would have worked!
