June 8, 201412 yr It looks like the commentary will be delayed until after 7.00 again. Still waiting for the albums chart
June 8, 201412 yr shame it took a seriously dodgy justin timberlake impression and such a uninspired track to get ed sheeran a #1 Definitely disagree with it being uninspired - it sounds completely different to any other #1 this year, and also a completely different track for him. So glad it's gone to #1 :D
June 8, 201412 yr shame it took a seriously dodgy justin timberlake impression and such a uninspired track to get ed sheeran a #1 Quite. I think I'd have preferred a soppy ballad getting there rather than this...
June 8, 201412 yr this is one of the few times where I disagree with Ethan :P 'Sing' is a great song, possibly my favourite Ed Sheeran song to date - so yay for it going to #1!

Both of Rodriguez's studio albums charted for the first time over 40 years after release (and the 'Searching For Sugar Man' soundtrack making a very belated top 40 debut as well). Of course the years in the chart history for all 3 are wrong based on release date :P Some unusual movements since the midweeks - Hank Marvin starting outside the top 10, then climbing in, then dropping back out and now climbing back in again, while James ended up not beating the peak of their last studio album after all despite being comfortably top 5 all week! 50 Cent has done well to beat the peak of his last album considering the complete lack of hype around this album. ~ And because I hate to see it go to waste for once only here's a recap for a top 40 re-entry outside the top 5 :magic: 7 (re-entry) Led Zeppelin - "Led Zeppelin" http://a2.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Music/v4/ac/e5/49/ace549c8-bde3-71fa-57f0-d9b4ad8a8cf6/603497926152.170x170-75.jpg Chart run: 7-x(1)-9-8-6-8-7-11-x(3)-36-17-24-12-22-12-25-14-20-11-23-17-21-30-40-25-x(1)-24-x(12)-18-20-24-32-25-15-20-16-15-41-34-... ...-23-23-43-27-28-45-35-28-66-31-x(1)-46-x(2)-44-36-36-63-47-x(1)-49-28-44-56-48-19-37-59-42-42-53-34-43-47-x(3)-56-56-x(1)-27-x(1)-... ...-44-x(8)-47-x(5)-45-x(5)-47-x(2241)-7- (73 weeks) Top 100 hit singles from this album: none Chart history: 1969 06 Led Zeppelin 1969 01 Led Zeppelin II 1970 01 Led Zeppelin III 1971 01 1973 01 Houses Of The Holy 1975 01 Physical Graffiti 1976 01 Presence 1976 01 The Soundtrack From The Film The Song Remains The Same 1979 01 In Through The Out Door 1982 04 Coda 1990 10 Remasters 1990 48 Led Zeppelin * 1993 56 Boxed Set2 1997 23 BBC Sessions 2000 40 Latter Days - The Best Of - Volume Two 2003 11 Early Days & Latter Days - The Best Of - Volumes One And Two 2003 05 How The West Was Won 2007 04 Mothership 2012 04 Celebration Day * box set, different to the 1969 album of the same name 'Led Zeppelin III' re-enters at #10 and 'Led Zeppelin II' at #12.
