Mollie is the worst for going on holidays.

SACK HER.

You do realize we Mollie stans and Frankie stans need to stick together to fight off the Rochettes, right?

#FROLLIE

Mollie and Vanessa are the two most consistent participants. They rarely miss an appearance and are always plugging the singles/albums. Rochelle seems the most involved in other projects. Frankie has missed the most performances/appearances. Una is somewhere in the middle.

There's still over a month until release, right? Well I think we can all get our backs up next week, for definite. But I really don't think this is the last chance for R1 playlisting, personally. It probably won't get added, but I do think there is a very slight chance next week (especially as I can't see Neon Jungle sticking on the playlist next week)

Do we have any other promo lined up yet?

Yes Rochelle will be interviewing herself on This Morning, allowing her backing singers to rest their voices.

RE bad pre-orders, I know I only pre-order singles of artists I really love. I tend just to wait until the single is out and then download it then. Perhaps we shouldn't be as concerned. Gutted about the playlisting though.

Alan Carr has a new talent show thing starting on the 1st of August. If it does musical guests, hopefully the girls can get on it.

This year, She has been to Greece, America (X2), Africa, Paris... Anywhere else?

Capital have no updated their playlist yet :banghead: Come on! Playlist the girls.

LOL.

This really will be their final single and shame it's going to potentially miss the top 10.

The only way this single can get playlisted now, is if they do some kind of early TV performance, which could boost pre-orders and get them noticed. But I'm not even sure if they're all back from holiday yet.

once they premiered it on Capital, they all f**ked off on holiday and showed no interest in promoting their own single. why would anyone who works at a radio station want to playlist a song that they havent heard anywhere else, or seen anywhere else, or read about anywhere else, when the people who sing the song are nowhere to be seen doing no promo at all

oh and I love that GRL song so I'm glad they playlisted it

LOL.

Oh jeez give it a break will you?

Shame Capital have snubbed them as well but right now the main focus is on the album, tour and then IF they're doing another album they have time to go away and think of a solution for their declining airplay. All it takes is one song to turn their career around (see What About Us).

there are 4 weeks until it's released. That's 4 weeks for it still to get playlisted. I'd say if after next week they haven't been playlisted on either radio station then start worrying although the EP and Album are doing admirably on iTunes atm without radio playlisting so fingers crossed it all works out in the end somehow.
they could get playlisted easily if they promoted a wee bit and made an effort to go into radio stations

Acceptable from any other Saturdays fans minus yourself.

I've accepted The Saturdays are happy where doing the bare minimum but this campaign is make or break for them. I can't see them releasing another single if this fails to go top 10 and sells around 60,000. The tour has failed to sell out as of yet - they really need to up the interest in the Greatest Hits campaign.

Yep. Even if the album sells really well because it's greatest hits, they're still hitting a brick wall if they can't get bloody play-listed anywhere! management aren't going to pay for writers, producers, remixes, music videos if they know The Saturdays are in airplay hell.
