'Tell Me' and 'Tilt Ya Head Back' are both anthems! SO GOOD.

Not surprised at many of these positions though, even if I do like a fair few of them. I get the feeling the stunning 'I Turn To You' will be one of the next three songs. :(

22. Nobody Wants To Be Lonely (Ft Ricky Martin)

Avg: 6.108

Highest Rates: 10 (Jonjo)

Lowest Rates: 0 (darkstar79)

At #22 is "Nobody Wants To Be Lonely" which was Christina's first ever duet with Ricky Martin, originally a solo song on his 2nd English album "Sound Loaded", then was re-recorded to feature Christina and released as a single in February 2001. This track was also one of the first major releases not to have a commercial cd released and still chart well on the US Billboard charts at #13, In the UK it peaked at #4 becoming another top 10 hit for both artists, as well as topping the charts in New Zealand and Romania, then hitting top 10 in Finland, Italy, Spain, Swiss, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Norway, Canada, Danish and Australia, then hitting top 20/30 everywhere else.

21. Oh Mother

Highest Rates: 10 (vibe)

Lowest Rates: 2 (gavindeejay, SceneofSIXCrimes,darkstar79)

Just outside the top 20 is "Oh Mother" a downtempo piano ballad that talks about Christina's abusive childhood and features on her 3rd album "Back To Basics" and released as the 4th and final single in select European countries, while "Slow Down Baby" was released in Oceania. Due to it's lack of promo and just a live music performance used as the music video, it charted moderately, charting best in Germany at #18 and hitting top 40 in Austria, as well as charting in Netherlands and Swiss. In the UK it became her first single not to make the charts.

20. Car Wash (Ft Missy Elliot)

Avg: 6.26

Highest Rates: 10 (Regina, Ultraviolence, darkstar79, Jark, Aaron TM)

Lowest Rates: 0 (Mr Aly, Nick F1)

At #20 is "Car Wash" a cover originally sung by Rose Royce in 1976 and re done in 2004 for the Shark Tale soundtrack and given a more modern feel, with added rap verses from Missy Elliot. After a very successful 2003 with her 2nd album "Stripped" and it's singles, this was a stop gap while fans waited for her new album which wouldn't follow for another 2 years, but in the meantime, she scored a big worldwide hit with this, although it wasn't very successful in the USA, peaking at a mere #63, it hit #2 in Australia, Belgium and New Zealand, as well as hitting top 5 peaks in Netherlands, UK, Denmark and Ireland. On this rate despite scoring five 10's it got quite a few average and low rates.

Lowest Rates: -1 (Kellyann)

At #19 is "Keeps Gettin' Better" released in September 2008 as the first and only single taken from her Greatest Hits album titled "Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade Of Hits" and showcased a different sound to her previous Jazz album, taking a eletropop sound and also seen as a taste of what's to come from her next album. It became a top 10 smash in the USA peaking at #7 and selling over a million copies and to date her final solo top 10 hit over there and elsewhere it charted at #4 in Canada and hit top 20 peaks in Italy, Slovakia, Germany, Ireland, UK, Austria and Japan.

18. Not Myself Tonight

Avg: 6.4

Highest Rates: 11 (Regina)

Lowest Rates: -1 (Michael)

At #18 is "Not Myself Tonight" released in April 2010 as the lead single from her 4th album "Bionic". Originally another album track "Glam" was considered, but she changed her mind and decided on this instead. However the reception to the song wasn't what she hoped for, as many seen her as ripping of Lady Gaga's sound and Madonna's "Express Yourself" and despite a respectable first week peak of #23 in the USA it failed to climb any higher and soon tumbled down the charts, and a similar fate happened to the upcoming album. Elsewhere it fared better in the UK by peaking at #12, but it was her first lead single to miss the top 10 and worldwide it managed top 20 peaks in Canada, Slovakia and Netherlands, while peaking top 40 in Australia, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Finland, New Zealand, Spain and Sweden. Despite getting a 11 on this rate, it failed to score any 10's and 13 high rates, the rest were very low.

The rest of this rate is VOID now that her best song is gone.

"Say Something" is very melancholic but it's beautiful too. I like the fact that she doesn't scream as a b*tch.

Unlike someone ELSE in another duet, SCREECH! :puke2:

And the reason why Woohoo flopped is because it was shit, not because there was no vid.

17. Moves Like Jagger (Ft Maroon 5)

Avg: 6.4

Highest Rates: 11 (gooddelta), 10 (Niall Minogue, Liam, gavindeejay, Hayzavy, Aaron TM)

Lowest Rates: -1 (Nick F1)

At #17 is "Moves Like Jagger" featuring Maroon 5 and a song that I thought that would have been a lot higher, but again Buzzjack have spoken. Released in June 2011 and taken from the re released version of Maroon 5's third album "Hands All Over" and brought both artists back to commerical success, after both their recent hits and album have failed to sell well, and the first time they entered the top 10 since 2007, the song topped the charts in the USA and went on to sell over 6 million copies, as well as topping the charts in 18 other countries, In the UK the song reached #2 and sold over 1.2million copies, becoming the biggest selling hit for both artists.

16. I Turn To You

Avg: 6.687

Highest Rates: 10 (Insomnio, Jonjo, gooddelta, lukuzz)

Lowest Rates: 0 (Michael)

At #16 is the first of her first album era singles to drop out, "I Turn To You" released in March 2000 as the 3rd single from her debut album, this beautiful ballad was written by Diane Warren and originally sung by All 4 One for the Space Jam soundtrack in 1997, their version failed to find success, but Christina's version became a big hit on the US Billboard Charts reaching #3, becoming her third US top 3 hit. Worldwide it didn't fare quite as well as the album's previous two singles, it peaked at #10 in Canada and hit top 20 peaks in New Zealand, Spain and UK and hitting top 40 in Austria, Belgium, Swiss, Australia and Netherlands.

The Voice Within, Dirrty, Genie In A Bottle or Cant Hold Us Down to win

No great losses so far. I do really like Oh Mother and Car Wash though.

15. Reflection

Highest Rates: 10 (Regina, gooddelta, Aaron TM)

Lowest Rates: 3 (darkstar79)

At #15 is Christina's debut single "Reflection", released in June 1998 and taken from the Mulan soundtrack, although many considers "Genie In A Bottle" as her first ever single, when actually it's this stunning ballad which only gained a limited release and therefore didn't enter the US top 100, but managed to chart on the US Adult Contemporay charts at #15 and the small success manged to funded her debut album "Christina Aguilera" from RCA as well as gaining her credibilty among writers and she performed the song live on 4 TV shows, which caught the attention of Diane Warren who ended up writing songs for her debut album, and this song also ended up on the album.

13. Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)

Avg: 7.458

Highest Rates: 11 (Dobbo), 10 (Niall Minogue, vibe, gooddelta)

Lowest Rates: 2 (darkstar79)

At #13 is "Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You" another debut album era single, released as the 4th and final single in November 2000 and it was the first time that Christina was given creative control, as it totally transformed the original album version which was titled "Come On Over (All I Want Is You)" was seen as unsuitable for a single release and so transformed it into a almost completely different song with new lyrics and also saw her image change into a more sexy style. In the US the song gave her another #1 hit making this her 3rd and also put her back in the UK top 10 at #8 after "ITTY" peaked at #19. Worldwide it hit top 10 in New Zealand, Netherlands, Spain, Australia and Ireland, as well as top 20 in Canada and top 40 elsewhere, faring much better than her previous single.
