Mess. I can't believe management/the girls didn't think signings would be a good idea.

in my local sainsburys, the album is charted at #69! :kink:
Not being stocked in Asda or tesco

Really? Even the larger supermarkets?!

I can't believe the promo is pretty much over... There's no adverts, no more performances. No past singles have been sold, stores are hiding the album, no posters. DOOM.

Nice pic Joe, is that a store in London?

Yes, Oxford Circus. Gaslight and Richard & Adam had their own stands.

I have a feeling Gaslight could snatch the #1

I think it'll be Ed. His sales haven't really decreased these past few weeks.

this whole thing has been a mess. Gentleman was poorly handled, Disco Love was so-so, Not Giving Up was terrible, but WAYWF/FS have been a hugh embarrassment!! management should be ashamed to be in this business

Their manager is an absolute joke! I remember thinking that when watching Chasing The Saturdays

The perfect opportunity to have a hit album and they (the management/label~) are not doing all they can, it seems. Even Girls Aloud's second compilation got a better push than this! (And remember that album was released in the more competitive 4th quarter).

On paper this album should be an easy Top 3... at a push #1. :( Don't think it'll go Top 5 at this rate? Maybe in the midweek stages... we'll see.

I know. :o He started talking about their promo schedule and they started splashing him with water and said "ohhh not work stuff Peter". Also they spoke over him and kept talking about Vanessa's wardrobe when he tried to talk to them at the dinner table.

He seems like such a joke, tbh.

I was naively excited that more would have been put into the campaign. I was expecting bits and bops running up until release and then a massive promo schedule for release week. They have an amazing album to celebrate and promote.

I really didn't expect them to disappear for 6 weeks and come back for two low-energy performances before leaving again. Quite sad really that we're willing to spend so much money to help them chart when their management isn't.

WAYWF is already decreasing on iTunes, what an absolute fail.

Edited by Joe.

they are clearly refusing to spend any money on this album and want it to be pure profit. what they dont realise is that if they spend a little, they will more than make it back. it's a good album, a good group, and could do so so well if people just knew it was out there!

I know, it does seem like they're trying to skimp on costs as much as possible. But how do they expect to sell tour tickets without a bit of money spent.

6 FKA twigs LP1

9 Loveable Rogues This and That

11 OneRepublic Native Download

12 The Saturdays Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits (Deluxe)

The fact that this is not even Top 10 on iTunes just goes to show that the general public have no idea the album is out, The fan base will be buying physicals.

Really expected them to have 2 versions in the Top 10! This album could have been a really solid seller for them - They have plenty of big hits/well known songs.

There is absolutely no awareness that this album is. Social fans of The Saturdays media and This Morning viewers are only a small handful of people who might actually like to make a purchase, and they need to realise that. IF they're not going to do more well rounded promo, put an advert out there, they would easily make their money back.

BBC Breakfast is that all the promo they have left??

I don't know why their lack of promo still shocks me after the last album and last few singles, but somehow I am still horrified

I think they're on Radio 1 this week at some point as well - not sure if it's an interview or something. So there's just that and BBC Breakfast left, that's it.
