Would also like to point out I'm the only one of that tie at the top who didn't have an AQ in that streak ~~~ (except the contest with cancelled semis)

Bignia-Zaragovina have kinda turned into consistency kings haven't they! Didn't see that one coming.

Quite a few countries lifting themselves off the 'no qualifiers' area in the YTD - Botanikka, Jayrusalem, Sandénia and Umiiruka. In fact of the countries in that area who entered this month only Ajanaeda failed to escape. Don't worry though jsilv, you have new company from Alteria, Hushkanukia and Patvia (plus the others who didn't enter this month) :heehee:

Thanks for hosting guys! A well executed results show, nicely paced with great presentation :D

Thanks for voting for Kylienips, and that 12 from Josh :o

And thanks to the hosts for a great semi final. And whoever wins can I be your co-host :kink: just kidding.

oops might pull something cheap out next contest, we'll see

also, no problem martin, such a gorgeously relaxing jam, shame it dnq'd :(

Oops forgot about this. Was decorating :D

Jukianië and especially Hushkanukia being last place in their semis is quite upsetting - 'In Time' wasn't a highlight of the semi so I wasn't exactly helping but 'Meant To Be Kind' was in my top 5 faves of semi 2, 12 points for it in total is a travesty. Both are really CLASSY songs for want of a better word. I wasn't necessarily expecting them to do WELL but certainly didn't see them doing *that* badly.

2nd last placers of both semis are also :/, I know Singerpurear are cursed as usual but 'Functions On The Low' was a great and pretty unique entry so definitely thought it'd do a LOT better than that. I provided nearly a third of its points total :drama:

Ugh at Isconia/Adonia and Oslol just missing out in their respective semis too :( Oslol continuing the tradition of their best entries DNQing and their best qualifiers being the lowest finishers. I think that's now their 5 best entries being their 5 floppiest entries.

\Thanks for the good wishes Bre, and I fully agree Hushkanukia was my 2nd fave and it's criminally stopped me from coming last as I fully expected and predicted (it's a bit too quirky to be popular!), it's a much better record than mine and deserved to qualify! Thanks to the Singerpurear voters though  Half my 10 DNQ'd

I actually thought your song this time sounded like it could have done well, certainly sounded more appealing than most of your last-or-close finishers.

You providing 10 of Hushkanukia's 12 points makes it even worse - as if the song only appealed to two people in the entire semi and one of those was only barely  Yay for Florina as well I guess. Would have got my 6 if I voted in SF2, luckily my 4 faves from that semi all made it!

Oops at my favourite not making it! :(

Ok, finally off mobile! Thanks for all the support from everybody (if only I had one of the dance crew over on my semi I would've qualified) ~

Semi 1:

06 Altyr Muunilinst

05 Jukianie

02 Harmonica

01 Ashton

And how I would have voted in semi 2:

12 Oslol

10 Hushkanukia

08 PRoJ

07 Ajanaeda

06 Patvia

03 FSR Rontvia

02 Varake

What terrible results for semi 2.

Yay! Thanks 4 the votes guyyyz! :cheer:

GUTTED that Desbuanda isn't through, though. Brilliant song. Oh well, Tinnmark is showing an impeccable taste for music thus far, really happy that they've qualified once again.

just listened to semi 1 for the first time. Think I was in the wrong semi, my big points would have gone to the two that just failed to qualify Isconia and Republic of Adonia, so guaranteed through pretty much I expect, and Jukianie would have had enough not to come last  Alteria was a goodie too.

Why are all of the big supporters of my song in Semi 2?
