From the sublime to the sublime-er. Final single lifted from X and the last of them to appear on the countdown, thus, making it the most popular X single here.

An early favourite among people, this was tipped to be a single fairly early on, but it only got a belated one during the tour. No proper radio promo, a late and cheap (but still nice)

video and no physical meant that this just scraped the top 40, but it's still well loved. A remix by the Freemasons, who produced it, was used as the single version and is almost

as amazing as the original.

The One is an amazing song and if released sooner or first maybe, then It would have smashed especially in it's original form, but oh well looks like it's another lost Kylie classic like Your Disco Needs You

What would have really helped is having a video earlier (not like 3 weeks after the release) and also not cancelling the physical single just before the release date (which in 2008 Kylie heavily relied on for more sales/better chart position).

But I guess we'll never know now...

The One is a wonderful song and one of Kylie's most missed opportunities in relation to singles. The One would have simply been a divine lead single for the era. The One was loved by fans and was favoured in all the initial reviews so had the record company listened they would have known it deserved to have been a proper single.

Aly DEAD. Last of the Light Years singles to appear and it is the second single released from that album after Spinning Around. Another big hit for Kylie, it went top 3 here

and was another #1 in Aus. Easily to see why, or rather, hear. That chorus just grabs you and refuses to let to, like a drunken randy sailor in a dingy bar. Actually a cover version,

nobody knows or cares about the original version, Kylie surpasses it. The video is iconic, our lovely Queen strips off and throws her dress at a window, we've all been there.

Never been a huge fan of On A Night Like This... The One and especially I Believe In You though

Many fans have a lot of love for on a night like this. Solid pop song with a great infectious chorus. I would not rate it as high as it has appeared here but i do not begrudge its placing either.

Forgive and forget y'all. In at #3 is the PWL single that introduced us all to Sexlie. One of her best loved singles and one that was crucial in forming the Kylie we all

know and love today. Debut single for the Rhythm of Love album, this was a sign that Kylie was outgrowing the bubblegum pop and was embracing her sexuality, and all that

shit. Let's breeze over the Steps cover, it's nice for nostalgia, but it really sucked all sexuality out of the song. This is a song that comes out shining when done live, no matter

how it is performed.

Classic  such a great pop song.
Such a brilliant and true classic anthem, that will always be remembered for many many years to come, Kylie nearly always get memorable lead singles = I Should Be So Lucky, Confide In Me, Spinning Around, Can't Get You Out Of My Head, Slow, All The Lovers

Love On a Night Like This, also love the abbey road road version!! her performance of it at Royal Variety is excellent

Love Better The Devil You Know. Timeless. should be played on radio more often...
