Plus SIR NEWMAN picking up that 4th #1 smash *.*

Is that including the album because otherwise I don't know what the other one is (Feel the Love/Love Me Again/Blame)?

I'm all for Prayer In C getting 3 weeks to be honest.

Week after

Sigma & Paloma will probably get a week, after that Jessie J & Friends probably get a week, after that Meghan Trainor, probably a long runner at #1 considering her track is already #75 in the official chart. I really hate All About That Bass with passion.

I agree though ill be happy either way if its Lilly or Calvin though I really want to see Blame get a week but it will just depend on streaming I think!

Sigma will do it the week after and the rest as you've said! I heard the Bass track this morning and it is the worst thing I've heard in a long time (*whispers* until the next 1D track that is!) though sadly it will be a huge number one :(

It is. I left that minor detail out so it sounded more impressive :kink:

Why isn't Ella Eyre taking off..devastating.

because unfortunetly not many people seem to care about her (when I say people I mean the British Public) :(

Is Ella Henderson's Glow performing extremely badly or is it too early to say? I thought it's pre-order would have been... somewhere.
It would be the 11th #1 single produced by Calvin (including 'Spectrum') in just a little over 6 years! :o Plus SIR NEWMAN picking up that 4th #1 smash *.*

Fourth? Would it not only be his third?

If Lilly Wood could hold on it would be the first 3-weeker (consecutive) since Burn I believe!

'Rather Be'? (Unless you just mean exactly 3 weeks).

He said they should do that for the non OA/OS songs.

Whoops, so he did. Apologies iain for misreading your post and to others for wasting your time.

Blame it on old age.

Too early to say, it has had no Radio 1 or Capital airplay since its premiere. She is on a radio tour this week so hopefully airplay will start to increase as well as being playlisted by Radio 1 and Capital. There's still a month to go yet so there's plenty of time.

So sad for Amelia Lily... Signed to a new record label yet barely any airplay and promo whatsoever. Such a good song and singer.
The release of 'Blame' has been handled incredibly well, the perfect mixture of building up hype and not taking the piss with the wait time between premiere and release. I haven't heard it yet (to the surprise of no one) but I'd like to see it hit #1 just for the artists. Wouldn't surprise me if Lilly Wood and Robin Schulz take it back by the end of the week though. Shame about Ten Walls being a tad frontloaded but hopefully he should be at least top 10 which is still a fantastic achievement for a song that sounds like that (and for a Lithuanian artist!)

Lol at Rick Ross potentially coming for a top 10 hit this week. 'New Flame' has completely passed me by, very surprised to see it doing this well, potentially could even outpeak 'Loyal'... (though I suspect streaming will probably end up keeping it at #11/12 or so).

Exactly right RE Blame. I was rather excited at seeing the release strategy with a preorder before premiering on iTunes and then 3 days after the radio premiere a release with the hyped pre order meaning a high entrance to the top 10 and now sales will be very consistent as airplay builds. Hence the very few reds on Kworb so far this week as opposed to the held back new releases like 10 Walls, The Script and co.

Good to see other artists falling suit as well with Fallout Boys new track!

I'm Not Alone is Calvin Harris's best song imo followed by Feel So Close.

I completely agree although Blame is quite good I think and Summer & Acceptable In The 80's were fab too ^_^

For me Blame is up there with his best. My other faves are The Girls, Ready For The Weekend & Iron off of 18 Months. Feel So Close I particularly dislike, along with Flashback & You Used To Hold Me.
Blame is terrible as I said earlier in the thread :( I love some of Calvin's songs though, especially I Need Your Love, Acceptable In The 80s, I'm Not Alone, You Used To Hold Me and The Girls.

'Feel So Close' is his best for me, followed by 'Acceptable In The 80s'. I'm not sure where I'd rank 'Blame' yet but I like it a lot, WAY better than the Calvin-on-autopilot laziness of 'Summer'.

His best involvement is Kylie's 'In My Arms' though.

Well yes, nothing he releases will ever even touch IYA *.*
