Jhené charting! hadn't even considered it - does she have a chance to stay top 40? I'd be surprised if it has legs outside the initial fanbase buys :(

Can't get my head round GRL only being #20 today when they've not fallen lower than #13 or #14 on iTunes this week, and streaming doesn't tend to be so damaging at the beginning of the week, as their #4 midweek last week showed.

Streaming doesn't affect the *top* of the charts much in the mids because it only contributes a few thousand, maybe even only a few hundred in the first mids when there are several new entries at the top end of the chart, and the gaps up there are usually much bigger than that. Lower down where sales are closer it is much more noticeable even in the mids.

Friday midweek anyone? Sales? Something? :)

Can't wait. I want to see the sales... And Tnx. I'll wait.

Sales are not always guaranteed, we didn't get any update yesterday. Anyhow the sales material does not come from MW, its a separate issue.

Top 40 is in, Calvin still #1, hopefully we get some sales later.

He was number 1 all week with 2-19% lead... I guess he should have at least 12K gap? With him number 2 on Spotify so quick. Don't he?

NO SALES INFO

Annoying that both Blame It On Me & Iron Sky have fallen since Wednesday. I hope both can rebound a few spots by Sunday.

Was hoping Ryan could hold onto that top 5 position :( hoping it still manages to outpeak Ashes & Fire come Sunday.
Bob Marley, Queen and Robert Plant, it is like stepping back in time.
Good to see Calvin Harris is still no1 but doubt sales are that high and I predict Sigma will be no1 next week.
What bus GRL sitting on?
the #21 bus :P

Bloody streaming, it's actually risen on iTunes since the start of the week.

I know :( but it is still only 45 on Spotify so I guess it would have to be top 20/25 on streaming to remain top 20 :(

Without wanting to jinx it, it looks like 5SOS are pretty certain for top 10 if they're as high as #4 still! Was convinced they'd be #6 or #7 today at most so #4 is brilliant. Streaming could impact them but they're doing way better than G.R.L. were last week.
5 SOS are surely safe now to achieve a 3rd top 10 hit, streaming should not hamper them by a huge volume. I am borderline confident even with sales information that Sam Smith will be the number 1 album this week.
