September 9, 201412 yr Its still on pre-order on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/M-d/dp/B00MACGUO6/...;keywords=m.a.d Yes they couldn't ship it in time to Amazon or something? Not sure it would have helped even if they did - Amazon are selling it for £13.99 compared to £5 for the special editions and around £7 for the main edition at the signings. Also it's yet to reach the Top 20,000 (!!!) best sellers on pre-orders on there....
September 9, 201412 yr And finally before anyone asks, Amelia Lily #53 #93 on Sunday then. I just hope Ten Walls are top 5 and 5 Seconds of Summer are top 10 on sunday. :cheer:
September 9, 201412 yr The reason why 5 Seconds Of Summer are at #3 is because their EP has been #1 on the iTunes album chart until Monday or Tuesday (and is now #3). I would say we only know 10 Walls position from last week because it is listed as a climber in the top 200s for the mids - with Sigma not out until next week we will have to wait for its top 200 streaming chart run unless it jumps into the top 75 this weekend which i doubt it will as its not doing as well on streaming. I asked whether it was top 200 in the sales topic on Sunday and when Alan Jones' commentary was added he stated that Meghan was the only top 200 debut which wasnt officially on sale which must have been a mistake. Hope this makes sense  Is this what the new rule is? an un-released song enters the top 200 on streaming only on the week before it's released and only if the streams are not enough for top 75? September 10, 201412 yr Looking forward to the chart update today! Hopefully Calvins sales should be higher today given how quickly it's climbed on the streaming chart! Edited September 10, 201412 yr by James1987
September 10, 201412 yr Looking forward to the chart update today! Hopefully Calvins sales should be higher today given how quickly it's climbed on the streaming chart! I don't think that will have too much of an effect as I'm still not convinced the mids include full streaming data.
September 10, 201412 yr I don't think that will have too much of an effect as I'm still not convinced the mids include full streaming data. Maybe... but he has 16-19% lead anyway on sales... so maybe 10K difference for today from 8K yesterday's update? I WANT HIM TO BE NUMBER 1! HE is still green and gaining.
September 10, 201412 yr I don't think that will have too much of an effect as I'm still not convinced the mids include full streaming data. You're right I think it may only give Calvin another 8-10k on Tuesdays figure but I think streaming only really seems to change the charts on Friday and Saturday like last week when GRL were top 5/7 all week then ended up at 11 on Sunday But either way I'm hoping for good sales from Calvin this week though I think 75-80k is possible!
September 10, 201412 yr Do we know where "Crazy stupid love" is? Still top40? #29 bus wherever that takes you :P
September 10, 201412 yr I don't think that will have too much of an effect as I'm still not convinced the mids include full streaming data. As I've said before, all streaming data is included unless it is not reported in time to be included, the same case with sales. (Also even if some streaming data is missing that's not really relevant to the relative sales of Calvin vs. Lilly Wood as both would be missing data).
September 10, 201412 yr (Also even if some streaming data is missing that's not really relevant to the relative sales of Calvin vs. Lilly Wood as both would be missing data). It is in a way since new Spotify additions need time to peak on the streaming chart, so missing streaming data would mean Calvin's lead is not as important as it appears.
September 10, 201412 yr Streaming only contributes a couple thousand sales per day to the biggest hits anyway so it's not really a big factor from one midweek update to the next.

September 10, 201412 yr Bob Marley & The Wailers coming for the top 10 again! Jhené Aiko's album has also shown up today, I was surprised at it not even being top 40 yesterday (missing data I assume).
September 10, 201412 yr 5 Ryan Adams - Ryan Adams * 6 Interpol - El Pintor * 31 Death From Above 1979 - The Physical World * It kind of feels like rewinding 10 years seeing these names in the album chart!
