These things happen on live shows. If they didn't, people would eb saying it wasn't really live :P

Hoping it's Emannuel, Sasha, Joe and Lucy in the final. As long as Steve doesn't get through I will be happy.

I think the final will be Emmanuel, Stevie, Sheena and Karis but I could be wrong. I think it will be all down to song choice, Karis really needs something slower to show off her gorgeous tone. Without that I can see either Lucy or Sasha making it over her. Sheena needs something better known as well, that both allows her to show more restraint and that can also let her soar.

 

I hope Joe and Vikesh don't manage to scrape through.

I'm sorry but Joe's performance was by far my highlight last night. It was a very good song choice for him and the choreography really sold the performance to me. Karis is my favourite overall but "Riptide" really didn't suit her voice and the styling was awful! Sasha was in my top three, "Sail" was a great choice for her and I've never particularly liked her before now (mainly for the septum piercing which thank god is gone!) Sheena and Lara were good too but other than that it was a pretty boring show.

Sia just announced (unless I missed it) as a the second performer on tonight's semi-final. Can't wait!

Lucy is more suited for the threatre, well done to her, great start.

I really want Sasha through more than anything, but Sheena and Karis are my other two faves so hopefully at least two of them get through.

 

 

"Singing Jealous" oh how my heart SANK when I heard Labirinth's song kicking in inside of Nick Jonas </3 Decent performance, his voice on that song was much better than the original imo.

I never saw that coming Sheena singing the Tocca track one of my favourite dance tracks, the only problem she can't dance.

Emmanuel was a bit boring there, vocally impeccable as always but I didn't enjoy that as much as usual.

Christ, Karis then had to be my performance of the series :wub:

Karis was incredible, a superb performance and she actually provided so much emotion with it which is what I think Sheena lacks.

Karis seems to be ready for the music industry, with a voice like that, she has a great future ahead of her.

I've said it before but Vikesh is definitely a stealth joke act :/ So cheesy and camp. This song doesn't even need to be all cheesy like this, Dami Im sang it on X Factor Aus and it was fab. I don't believe for a second he wants to be singing this stuff more than anything, because he's got a decent voice and sounded great on the Adele song.
