the gwen clip is okay, the slow acid one is definitely the best song from him probably since thinking about you and then feel so close before that (but that's not saying too much of the rest)

Calvin posted on Twitter that "Open Wide", the track which features Big Sean, will be released tomorrow along the music video.

It seems odd that 'Slow Acid' was made an instant grat here, but 'Outside' hasn't been (though available worldwide?). Next single perhaps?
"Outside" has been sent to Australian radios last week, but Music Week is listing "Open Wide" as the next single.

I hope 'Open Wide' isn't a rehash of 'Drinking From The Bottle'. That was my least favourite of the 18 months singles for me. :(

I reckon 'Outside' will do well on cherry picks when the albums out next week considering it's had quite a few radio plays from Radio 1 and have also heard it being played on Kiss too. :)

Apparently this has been put on iTunes radio in the US so there are some tracks floating around the net. The Gwen collab is out there and it's quite the banger.

This is all just basically a continuation of '18 Months'. While I don't often agree with people saying artists need to change up their sound, Calvin's music is all so so similar it's just boring now. New Tinashe and Gwen collabs should've been amazing, but they're just the same as all his other songs really... disappointing.

The only one I really like is the HAIM collab, 'Pray to God'.

I adore the Haim song.

Was hoping for so much from the Tinashe song, but it is a cheap rip off of Animals :(.

The Haim song is his best song in some while. Maybe because it sounds less like a calvin Harris song and more like a HAIM song...

Together is fairly good, but i agree it's just as if they built a Calvin robot and made it create the beat... So generic. Same goes for Dollar Bills but I'm not such a fan of that :( I'm very disappointed given how Tinashe barely mis-stepped at all on her album.

Pray To God is really good though, it's like a great medium between Calvin and Haim.

I listened to the album yesterday and I liked it, but I think he's not going to top Ready for the Weekend. Sigh!

So far, "Faith", "Love Now" and "Pray to God" are the ones I really like and I would like to see them release as singles to be honest. The Gwen Stefani collaboration is good, but something is missing, I think. Also, Calvin could have sung it instead of her by the way. Being said that, I'm not underestimate Gwen of course. Don't get me wrong. Moreover, "Dollar Signs" is too good in my opinion and I think Calvin will be dumb if it's not officially released.

Anyway, he posted the following on his Instagram account:

Thinking about more videos for album tracks #Motion #SlowAcid #OpenWide #Outside
So, weren't "Open Wide" and "Outside" released as singles, despite the confirmation from Music Week for the Big Sean track and the radio release in Australia for the Ellie Goulding one? I'm confused.

By the way, "Burnin'" was released exclusively today through Beatport and, guess what? It also has a music video.

ETA: The video was deleted on Calvin's YouTube channel label, Fly Eye Records, and it was uploaded on Spinnin' Records YouTube channel.

finally heard the Haim collab now because I couldn't find it on the internet until now and it's amazing, it sort of sounds like a Haim song with an electronic twist and it's fantastic! This HAS to be the next single..
As much of an 'Animals' rip-off it is, the Tinashe collab is great! :( It's nowhere near the heights it should be considering who's involved, but Tinashe really sounds SO good on it! <3
The new Hurts collab is so random on an album full of heavy club bangers

It even sounds like Calvin Harris didn't get his hand on the track!

Finally got round to listening to some of this album...hard to know what to think about it. The Hurts song is like album filler from their first album, the Gwen song redefines autopilot and the Tinashe song is like a Fisher Price attempt at a Martin Garrix track. That said, they're all perfectly good songs, there's just nothing original about them. I like the Haim and Big Sean songs a lot though.

Just gave the album a spin on Spotify. Really like "Faith" - good to hear another Calvin Harris vocalled track.

"Outside" is fantastic and it's good to hear another Calvin/Ellie collab.

I'm not a fan of "Ecstasy" yet but it sounds like it could be a grower.

"Pray to God" is an interesting track and will probably be a massive grower.

I really like "Open Wide" - but it's a little odd structure wise. It sounds a bit like they're trying to recreate "Drinking from the Bottle" though.

"Together" is amazing. Very generic, but I just loooooove it!

"Dollar Signs" is pretty good. Again very generic, but it's a good song.
