Are these people really that stupid? There's more chance of one of Kat and Alfie's twins being the killer that there is Les and it was confirmed in the show ages ago that Danny was not the killer (he was out of the country or something).

Danny being out the country could easily be a red herring though.

Let's put it this way. They aren't going to waste one of the show's biggest ever whodunnits on characters like Danny Pennant or Les Coker. The person who killed will:

 

1. Be one of the shows best actors/actresses in order to carry off the reveal live (i.e. Lacey Turner)

2. Have links to a good few other characters (i.e. Stacey was well linked to many characters and families)

3. Make sense

4. Not already have been announced as leaving

5. Not be one of the most obvious suspects (i.e. Lisa with who shot Phil, Derek with who shagged Kat and Stacey with who killed Archie)

 

For me that narrows the list down to Ian, Jane, Denise, Cindy and Whitney. I could be completely wrong, but it makes sense to be one of those 5 using the above criteria (which tbf I did just invent, but makes sense based on previous whodunnits).

I would be okay with it being Peter (especially with the photographs that have been released) or Denise.

They definitely want us to think it's Abi.

Jane makes the most sense, all things considered. I thought Abi since Halloween pretty much, but she just seems too obvious and I think they're maybe making her seem so obvious so that whoever it actually is is more of a shock maybe? :lol:

 

Jane is central to the show (with her wedding to Ian in the anniversary week) and she has links to the Beales (she basically is one). Her coming back and marrying Ian so soon is what arouses my suspicion, could be guilt? I think her maybe she killed her and Cindy is covering for her, or maybe the other way around.

Watch it be Lee, steering the storyline back to The Carters.

I want Denise to be the killer. I'll be VERY disappointed if it isn't her. Diane Parish deserves all the big storylines and awards.
