I don't think she killed him exactly, she probably just blames herself because he was in her care when he died, for whatever reason that was.

Big week for the Carters next week according to DigitalSpy, with the return of Shirley, the introduction of Karl Howman's character and some secrets getting revealed!

 

It's about time there was some big drama again since it's approaching the middle of November now.

I'd guess Christmas as we're promised a Carter-centric period there, I don't think Mick and Linda's relationship could last a further 8 months the way it has been so far!

Poor Mick will not be able to cope being told Shirley is his mum and his wife was raped.

So after Monday's dramatic ending with Pam revealing she murdered somebody, tonight's episode just totally glossed over that even though they were IN the episode :rofl:

Ah yes, very odd! It's not really something that needs to be dragged out either.

 

I didn't realise before tonight's episode that Carol and Nick hadn't met before: Nick had left in August 1993 and Carol's first appearance was November of that year, she left in 1997, Nick returned and left in 1998 and Carol came and left in 1999!

Not surprised. Is this the part when the Carters start dropping like flies? First Stan, now Johnny. I can't see Tosh, Dean or Lee staying beyond 2015 either. I think they'll (and they should) probably re-introduce Zsa Zsa to give Tina a proper storyline.

A sad day it was his storyline last year that made me watch Eastenders again, shame he leaves so soon.

I knew that news would cause devastation here!

Gutted to hear he's leaving :( I wouldn't be surprised if Nancy and Lee are gone within the next year also.

I think they brought in too much of the family too soon. The "core" ones of Tina, Mick, Linda, Nancy and Johnny were fine I think, maybe Lee. They could have waited a year or so to add Tosh, Stan etc. and bring back Dean (although the domestic violence and of course rape storylines have been good).

That's a shame! :(
