October 7, 201411 yr This +1. :D I just read the whole article, its actually available to download from midnight tonight. :D
October 7, 201411 yr Author Ha Ha... I just heard that after Eastenders I love it. :D I saw lots of 5 second adverts just before it! :P One showed the initials KM which made me automatically think of Kylie but I didn't think anything else of it. Can't say I've heard the original before, but it is The Beach Boys so I probably unknowingly have.

October 7, 201411 yr Author I think it's probably one of those songs that most people will have heard even if they don't recognise it from the title. Just had a listen, and yeah definitely heard it. I can already picture this being transformed into the typical charity super-group song sound. EDIT: Never mind, it's nothing like how I envisioned it! Quite nice!
October 7, 201411 yr That's the #1 sewn up for that week :D hopefully it stays far longer than a week at #1 You reckon this will beat Meghan Trainor & Nicki Minaj?
October 7, 201411 yr It's on spotify as well, already streaming, so will be interesting to see how it does streaming wise
October 7, 201411 yr These types of ensemble songs have a tendency to go HUGE (Perfect Day) or fail completely (It's Only Rock & Roll), so it will be interesting to see how this does... Although I guess with the CIN weight behind it, it should be pretty big. Whether it beats the total sales of the unexpected behemoth that was How Long Will I Love You though I very much doubt.

I just wonder if it could get to #1 by Sunday  it needs a whopping big lead, if the track gets constant play on BBC :D

October 7, 201411 yr I really can't see it being #1 *this* week, not with a midweek release and Meghan being so far ahead. Could be though, hard to say at this stage.
October 7, 201411 yr How did you find it on spotify? Thanks Saw a spotify link to it on twitter, or rather a link to a playlist with it on

October 7, 201411 yr Time to have my first listen now Oh dear, I really don't like it on first listen- back to AATB listening for me Hopefully it will grow on me
October 7, 201411 yr Taylor Swift is #7, Ella Eyre is #16 and Idina Menzel is literally just outside the Top 40. Idina Menzel on course for the Alice Levine slot!
October 7, 201411 yr Although I guess with the CIN weight behind it, it should be pretty big. Whether it beats the total sales of the unexpected behemoth that was How Long Will I Love You though I very much doubt. It'll undoubtedly beat "Teardrop" on streaming sales alone. So many new albums in the top 40 this week. I despair for poor Bre & Suedehead's typing fingers when Sunday comes around.

October 7, 201411 yr It'll undoubtedly beat "Teardrop" on streaming sales alone. I forgot about that version of Teardrop.
October 7, 201411 yr I forgot about that version of Teardrop. And I bet you wish you hadn't been reminded...
