pre-order update

171. You Ruin Me - The Veronicas

1277. The Days - Avicii

Last year you would have been called crazy if you said that The Veronicas (who haven't had a hit here since 2009)with a ballad which is a genre they literally never do would be 1,000 places above Avicii's new track who was one of the biggest stars last year

I am so happy with how well You Ruin Me is doing. I was going to say I haven't preordered it yet because my last 3 preorders didn't come through on my iPad and iTunes but I just checked my music and they are all there now so I might preorder it soon. Go the Veronicas :cheer:

No, they just have a big fanbase. I doubt it'll do any better than the last McFly single.

I'd like to see Tulisa's new track go the same way as 'What Are You Waiting For' which started off similarly well initially on pre-orders.

Either way though, I am very interested to see how it turns out after what has happened and to see if she can still muster any support.

Tulisa's new single is a million times superior to that awful track from the Saturdays – and I often like their stuff and have never liked anything of hers! Hope it is a big hit for her.

Completely agree.

The Saturdays song was good for about five minutes. Really rooting for Tulisa to make it big again, just to prove the haters wrong, especially after the terrible year she has had ... it would be very deserving.

I think its completely unpredictable. A lot of McFly fans don't seem to be happy about the McBusted arrangement actually (a vocal minority probably, but who knows) however if they can sell as many tickets as they have done this year in the UK alone (in the top 30 tours worldwide) it'll be interesting to see how many of those McBusted fans are interested in new music from the supergroup.

Also very largely dependant on promo and airplay. No news on when the video is out yet I don't think?!

But yeah, this is something new and anything could happen tbh.

Hoping Tulisa gets number 1,absolutely love the song! & her
Ahhh. Olly nearly top 300 on pre-orders now! Moving very nicely!

Just downloaded the latest iTunes update and really liking it! The new all white background with blue looks very nice.

Also noticed the iTunes logo on my task bar is now a red music sign instead of the old blue one!

I'm rather surprised that Fifth Harmony 'Bo$$' has been removed from iTunes. It was doing rather well on pre-orders and could have managed a top 100 hit with Bo$$.

1. Meghan Trainor - All About That Bass

2. Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud

3. Taylor Swift - Welcome To New York

15. Krishane - Drunk and Incapable (feat. Melissa Steel)

16. Tracy Chapman - Fast Car

101. Tinchy Stryder & The Chuckle Brothers - To Me, To You (Bruv)

Halloween is here

But "Things That Go Bump In The Night" is not in top 1500.

I don't know I initially thought Avicii would be number one that week but its done nothing on pre orders!

I think (sadly  ) this could be a chart update number one but will probably finish the week at 2/3 but I can't see it charting lower than top 5 but the only good thing will be seeing the second week drop

Tulisa number 1? I expected her to be largely snubbed by radios?
It entirely depends on when the release date is finalised and of course what the competition is. At this moment it's scheduled for release the same week as Flutes (lol) and that should easily go #1 given the flawless release strategy...

You think Lethal Bizzle is going to #1?
