Amazing to see the iTunes thread at 21 pages already, just shows how the popularity/divisive Cheryl is  Does any other artist warrant this attention on here!?

Not my type of music, the song is nice enough without me wanting to hear it out of choice.

Please don't compare Cheryl with Beyonce or Rihanna!

That's painful

Or with Geri! :kink:

The Saturdays

Anybody decent?

Aren't you the brother of Eric_blob by accident?

Seriously we had some threads that stretched to 50-51 pages for only a week but I can't remember which artist released that week. The Saturdays must be the last one I think.

lol. I don't really hate The Saturdays THAT much though. I liked some of their songs like Missing You, Issues and Notorious. I think their worst song is All Fired Up, it's not even a song, just a synth playing at max volume for 3 mintues.

Why do you explain it?

I meant really your music taste is 99% similar, and not that you both dislike the Saturdays :P

Great to see Cheryl at #2 and #3! I imagine the explicit version will overtake the clean edit soon.
Adele with "Someone Like You"?

Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone had a list for those kind of iTunes facts. :)

Hopefully that's a compliment

There are much worse out there than the Saturdays tbh. Ego, Issues and What About Us are fine, its just not stuff I listen too or come across really.

Hopefully that's a compliment

I didn't meant as a compliment nor a criticism to be honest, just a general observation :D

Fair enough :)

I think the John Lewis advert song might get revealed on Friday during Gogglebox on Channel 4. I've seen a small trailer for something called #montythepenguin and it was written that it would be shown during the time when Gogglebox is on.

New kworb update in and Ed is 74,4% on Cheryl (so he won like 0,5% or something)!

The explicit version is close to gaining as much as the clean version is losing this time. :cheer:

I'm just wondering, but are you including Ed's second version at #49?

I am !

I'm not counting everything outside the top 100.

Yeah, combined Cheryl is still 36% ahead of Ed, which is a very decent lead.

Ok good to know! :)

Ed is outselling her on Amazon MP3 (#2 & #25 compared to #4 & #43), so once you include that and Ed's higher streaming, I think it's quite close at the moment.

P.S: Ed is also at #3, #39 & #65 on 7digital and Cheryl #41, so he's also outselling her there which'll close the gap even more.

Cheryl in the top three twice with the same song :o When will Beyonce or Rihanna?

When they pull off as sneaky a strategy as putting up a pre-order for a less popular version of one of their songs perhaps :heehee: I really can't see why Cheryl's label would put the pre-order for the clean version apart from trying to trick people into buying it twice when they otherwise wouldn't have done so (of course the loons would do that anyway but still). The whole swearing in the chorus thing always seemed like a bit of a cynical ploy for attention in itself, no better than something like 'Loca People'. It sounds extremely out of place but it grabs the ear and gets people talking about what is in every other regard an extremely uninteresting song ~

*waits for Joseph rebuttal* (I will pre-emptively say the above is not ENTIRELY serious, though there is a bit of truth in it ~)
