Biography

Gabriella Michelle "Ella" Henderson (born 12 January 1996) is a British singer-songwriter. She was a finalist on the ninth series of The X Factor in 2012 and finished in sixth place, despite being a strong favourite to win. She was subsequently signed to Syco Music.

Her debut single "Ghost", co-written with Ryan Tedder, was released on 8 June 2014. It will be followed in the Autumn by her debut album Chapter One. - Wikipedia

Ghost is so so so so so perfect and amazing :wub:

This is starting to run away as my 2nd favourite song this year and the best #1 of the year. Back up to 6 in my personal chart. I love this song so much :wub:

The fact that the Halloween theme for this is less tenuous than half the tracks yesterday but they already used 'Ghost' in no.1's week. lol x factor

 

So utterly over this now :( 'Glow' is far superior.

Biography

The Script are an Irish rock band from Dublin formed in 2001. The band consists of lead vocalist/pianist Danny O'Donoghue, vocalist/guitarist Mark Sheehan, and drummer Glen Power. Based in London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic, the band released their eponymous debut album in August 2008, featuring the hit songs "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" and "Breakeven (Falling to Pieces)". The album peaked at number one in Ireland and the UK. Their second album, Science & Faith, was released in September 2010, and contains the hit songs "For the First Time" and "Nothing". The album peaked at number one in Ireland and the UK, and number three on the US Billboard 200. Their third album #3 peaked at number one in Ireland and the UK, containing the hit song Hall of Fame in collaboration with Hip Hop/R&B artist will.i.am.

 

Their music has been featured in popular television programmes such as 90210, Ghost Whisperer, The Hills, Waterloo Road, EastEnders, Made in Chelsea and The Vampire Diaries. Frontman Danny O'Donoghue was also a coach on The Voice UK for seasons 1 and 2, before leaving the show in order to focus more on the band. In 2009 Industry Victoria's Secret chose "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" as the theme for its annual parade The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2009 for the opening segment and the Enchanted Forest segment with Heidi Klum. - Wikipedia
