Yes they are drowned out by the sound of her albun crashing 7-28.

 I don't mind Cheryl...but this album has been horrible for her. I didn't think she could sell less than her 3rd...

I really want to see Leona in the top 100 soon, I really hope radio get on board again and they should consider bringing the price down to 59p to help it out.

I think the fact there are two versions charting pretty high isn't really helping, combined it's top 10 but it's missing that exposure of having a top 10 iTunes place.

Olly's multiple versions could be enough to get him number 2 plus I would think he will be better on streaming than take that,I like both but really want take that to get what would only be their 4th number 2 hit.

Why is there 2 versions charting then?

A single version was rush released the night of the XF performance (they didn't even bother giving it cover art so it was clearly just out up to satisfy short term demand, God knows why they didn't just instant grat it) and the other version is cherrypicked from the album.

Ok, that tactic does seem strange. Will be interesting to see where it is in the first update tomorrow anyway.

418. CHVRCHES - Get Away [PRE-ORDER]

Ooh! Hope this can be a second top 40 hit for them!

Now! 89 tracks in the top 200 (I'd do a full update but LPB isn't working currently for me so this will have to do):

47. All About That Bass - Meghan Trainor

60. Am I Wrong - Nico & Vinz

65. Wrapped Up (feat. Travie McCoy) - Olly Murs

71. Bang Bang - Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj

85. Rude - MAGIC!

88. Steal My Girl - One Direction

91. Blame It on Me - George Ezra

103. Superheroes - The Script

105. Blame (feat. John Newman) - Calvin Harris

109. I'm Not the Only One (Radio Edit) - Sam Smith

126. Don't - Ed Sheeran

127. Boom Clap - Charli XCX

138. Prayer in C (Robin Schulz Radio Edit) - Lilly Wood & Robin Schulz

168. Anaconda - Nicki Minaj

169. Black Widow (feat. Rita Ora) - Iggy Azalea

170. Real Love - Clean Bandit & Jess Glynne

171. Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart) [feat. Shawn Mendes] - The Vamps

180. Changing (feat. Paloma Faith) [Radio Edit] - Sigma

181. Love Runs Out - OneRepublic

199. Real Love - Tom Odell

Could really do without a top 40 re-entry for Nico & Vinz and/or MAGIC! but both could well happen by the looks of that :( Most of the other high charting tracks are still in the top 40 anyway though.

Olly Murs having the third highest placed track is a pleasant surprise.

Why has the credit on the Now Christmas album changed I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday to Roy Wood & Wizzard? I wonder if it was perhaps at Roy's request...I'm sure it won't have much of an impact on sales, if any, but it's annoying as it makes it sound like a later re-release version or something.

pre-order update

163. I Loved You (feat. Melissa Steel) - Blonde

178. Uptown Funk (feat. Bruno Mars) - Mark Ronson

319. Last All Night (Koala) [feat. KStewart] - Oliver Heldens

427. Get Away - CHVRCHES

482. Drown - Bring Me the Horizon

524. Heroes (we could be) [feat. Tove Lo] - Alesso

557. Bed of Lies (feat. Skylar Grey) - Nicki Minaj

571. You Got It All - Union J

611. The Heart Wants What It Wants - Selena Gomez

642. You Got It All (feat. The Vamps) - Union J

Pretty sad that those are the only pre-orders at the moment. Of them, I can only really see "Uptown Funk" being a contender for #1, and that's only because it's not out until 2015 and has all that time to build up pre-orders.

Not that the charts aren't exciting at the moment anyway, we've had plenty of artists reaching new peaks and plenty of high debuts (and quick falls).

Selena's song isn't out until January either and I can see it getting supported tbh
Forget Fall 2014, early 2015 is the place to be Pop music-wise it seems. Rihanna (although a surprise album is possible), Madonna, Adele, Emeli Sande, Leona Lewis (obviously), Little Mix, maybe Bruno Mars...

Interesting that Leona and Little Mix are both releasing outside the Q4 period! I'm sure if Little Mix have another killer lead single to kickstart the era, their album will do fine (and probably re-released in time for X Factor live shows/Christmas market). Unsure about Leona although, with a change in record company, perhaps the album won't need to rely on the high Christmas sales. That said, this does seem to be her last chance of getting things right again and prove that 'One More Sleep' wasn't just a one off.

Looking forward to what Rihanna has in store - considering she's taken longer to make this album, hopefully it shall be a step-up from her previous two and will be high quality pop/R&B. Emeli Sande will either do great or really badly, fingers crossed it's not the latter and that she has a few more 'Heaven' style tracks up her sleeve! Madonna seems to be going down a similar route to MDNA but looking at some of the artists she has collaborated with, it could potentially be a lot better and have some gems on it!
