Ye, hopefully it'll be added to compilations next Christmas. Fingers crossed heart will pick it up again and other radio stations. Magic 105.4 is on board at the very least. They've been playing it once or twice a day the last few days. :) Should hopefully enter the top 200 in time for the start of December!

Wow so it is doing well!

And then that's it - Take That have the no.1 all sewn up.

What a flop Band Aid!

Maybe he'll learn for next time: a new song and not something dashed together.

So there it is, Take That will get to No1 their lead could extend a bit after Graham tomorrow night - maybe by 20%. A bit sad that BA are so easily off the top spot it might not even do that well for Christmas now though cd sales could be okish!

Years & Years, Kiesza and James Bay have all held up really well this week (James has even been continually climbing I think, now inside the top 20)! Wasn't expecting 'Desire' or 'No Enemiesz' to still be in the top 20 at this stage. They'll probably still have a second week dive comparable to Kendrick Lamar though (after he similarly held up very well throughout the first week).
Talking of a low sales #1 next week, maybe we shouldn't rule out Ella Henderson getting a massive boost on Sunday. Hollyoaks showed how much the song has the potential to connect with the public when it is presented with that audience.

I think the performance will push the album more so than the single. Hopefully "Yours" will go top 10, but I think it could just miss out due to streaming. Should get the album shifting good units in the build up to Christmas though. :D

I'm expecting them to (officially) get knocked down considerably at the weekend, predicting #30 for Kiesza and #24 for Years & Years sadly.

#30 for Kiesza would still be a fair bit higher than I was expecting from her pretty lacklustre pre-order success. (Funny that she's outperforming her pre-orders now when 'Hideaway' kind of failed to live up to its seemingly enormous ones :P)

Flop Aid 30... why bother with this every 10 years? It all seems so egotistical and out of proportion rather than a real will to aid.

I agree - how Bob keeps talking about deleting and re-downloading the song, and how buying it even if you don't like it is a badge of honour. Why doesn't he just tell people to the text donate thing? Why do we have to buy a song we don't want? Because he's more interested in keeping the single at #1.

 02. Blank Space - Taylor Swift

 03. Do They Know It's Christmas? (2014) - Band Aid 30

I know it's for charity but its still quite funny how its sales have dropped so much in its second week I can't see it selling more than 75-80k if that!

Queen Taylor *.* Unless she gets her shit together with Spotify though, she could soon definitely end up being the first #1 on sales that misses it officially due to streaming.

It will be lucky to scrape 65K this week. An 80% collapse in sales!

BLANK SPACE 2 :w00t:

If only there was a blank space at the top, then she would be #1 :(

Near about a record?

1. Take That - These Days

2+92. Taylor Swift - Blank Space

3. Band Aid 30 - Do They Know It's Christmas? (2014)

4. Labrinth - Jealous

5+38+39. Olly Murs - Wrapped Up (feat. Travie McCoy)

7. James Newton Howard - The Hanging Tree

14. Years & Years - Desire

17. James Bay - Hold Back the River

41. Kid Ink - Body Language (feat. Usher & Tinashe)

43. George Ezra - Listen to the Man

48. Ariana Grande & The Weeknd - Love Me Harder

63. Enter Shikari - Never Let Go of the Microscope

After more than 20 years of success you'd think I would learn not to underestimate Take That. I genuinely thought this song had #7 written all over it! Really hoping they can bag another official #1!
Those top 10 pop bars, never seen them that long before, the top 8 look fairly strong. TT are shaping up to surprise me by taking the #1 on Sunday. I don't think the Band Aid 30 track will get back to #1 when the physical drops. Taylor Swift could get a week I suppose.
