Another week, another solid vocal from Ben, another performance I couldn't give a shit about

Ben Haenow (Please Come Home For Christmas) - Best vocally so far and really suited him down to a tee, if he ever was to release a Christmas song it would be that. Not amazing though, probably down to the song not being my thing though. - 8.0/10.0

Ben Haenow - 'Please Come Home For Christmas' / 7.5/10 I was somehow not interested by that because I don't find that a very interesting song at all. HOWEVER, for a song that I don't find very interesting, I thought he performed it very well. I blame the song as opposed to his vocals because they actually very much suited that.

He is totally BORING, there's nothing to latch on to, or give a damn about

A better vocal than usual imo, he didn't make me wince like usual. Very boring though, it's not really the sort of song you'd sing for a semi final much like Stay Another Day imo. But I think that's the case for many Christmas songs really! And did they say he normal guy before the show?! WOW :o

I cant believe we are 3 performances into the SF and Ben is the best so far because he kept in tune and did a half decent performance that didn't expose him. It is so bad right now.

I think there is a lot of people who would want to latch onto something :P

 

Its a matter of taste I think he is charismatic and getting better at performing by the minute. He has just the right amount of confidence but comes across as "normal"

Now I ADORE this song and I ADORE some belting, but this is just not pleasant sounding at all

Andrea is SLAYING this is really good probably the best performance so far tbh.

Was just thinking this is quite good for Andrea and then he starts the unnecessary runs and shouting......
