Would be interesting to compare where Happy charted on last year's EOY chart!

Hope Uptown Funk continues to dominate in 2015 its got to be on course for a million!!

Uptown Funk this high after just 3 weeks on sale :o INSANE. Could potentially be the EOY #1 of 2015 too unless something really massive comes around soon

I don't think it will be, it's had most of its massive sales this year. Could well be top 10 next year though!

Hard to say as it's 'spent' more sales than Happy had, I still expect it to sell another million during 2015 at the very least though.

Possibly Band Aid 30's last ever play on Radio 1 (/ the last we'll ever hear of it anywhere).

BRING PEACE AND JOY THIS CHRISTMAS, TO WEST AAAAAAAHFRIKAAAAAAAAAAAAA :music:

last time I'll be hearing this until next christmas I guess, I hope it doesn't get completely forgotten by next year but I think it will.

I have played that guess-the-singer game with Band Aid 30 playing in the car, just as Matt described it

I wonder how this will go down in years to come. Personally, I actually quite like it, better than Band Aid II and 20.

After that astronomical iTunes lead I thought this was going to be HUGE (a bit like Oasis' 'Be Here Now' following the huge opening week but disappointing overall sales in comparison) so it was a shame to see it fall flat.

I keep hoping Band Aid 2 gets played at Christmas time rather than the other versions. I imagine it'll be back to the original next year though!

Looking through the MW reports, we can see that 'Uptown Funk' has a total of 424k on sales only.

From #30 its going to be #1 in the new year. :P

Peak Position: 1 in 2014

Weeks In Top 75: 40

You guys are doing a great job (and I'm just catching up).

You might want to correct this though, back at #88.

'Roar' was definitely #1 in 2013, not 2014!

I'll go and correct that now

Don't know how that happen :)

Been looking forward to getting to do this. :D

One of his more tolerable songs.

A well-deserved finish for "Don't"! Probably still my favorite of the 'x' singles but I don't mind "Sing" and "Thinking Out Loud" finishing ahead of it.
