Hozier actually only peaked at number 2 in Ireland..is Jessie J not going to have a video for Sweet talker?did it miss the top 200?, I thought Lady Gaga was bad enough missing the top 100
Hozier is on Graham Norton next Friday the 9th so that might help him a bit too

:o That could be the moment!

So glad to see 'I Loved You' on the rise again, definitely up there as one of my favourite dance tracks of 2014. 'Yours' recovering is brilliant too, so much better than 'Glow'. Shame about 'Go All Night' though, I actually thought it would actually hang around for a bit after being relatively stable in its first week.
Take Me to Church will probably climb into the top ten before Hozier's Graham Norton appearance. Either way, it will provide a really big boost for the track. Radio 1 re-adding the track to their playlist has certainly helped -- it's climbing rather quickly.
Koala and Go All Night re-climbing  good to see, I just wish Take Me To Church would go die already
They're not really completely different are they... My original point was that Love Me Harder comes across as a lesser Break Free. Perhaps part of the reason its "underperforming" is because the music-buying public regard it that way ;)

I accept its not straight-out EDM but its hardly R&B either.

Or maybe people are buying the amazing album instead as it's holding on nicely on charts.

I don't hear ANY similarities there tbh

Neither do I, I think MLHammer95 has been smoking 'da reefa'.

x is 99p again on Google Play

Also Iggy Azalea's Reclassified and The Script's No Sound Without Silence.

'Reclassified' might finally make the top 100 then!

It's only C listed this week so proper rotation won't start until Monday if it's moved to the B list and radio 1 sort of began giving it random rotations again at the start of Dec (prob due to its persistence in the top 40) with fearne being the main supporter!

'Happy' has gained a lot on Kworb the last few updates and is up to #32 - chart of the year effect or something else?

Slay em Jive Bunny. (Also annual R.I.P. Gay Gordon, whose legacy will never be forgotten though his version of 'Auld Lang Syne' was long since deleted from iTunes).

This is party time and that is the happiest song of the decade so I suppose it's due to New Year's Eve playlists that people are making tonight.

Edit: By the way does anyone know the name of the guy who sings Auld Lang Syne every year at the end of London's New Year's fireworks? he sounds like a drunk old Scottish man.
