Despite being incredibly difficult to watch, it was such a brilliant episode. LOVING Cucumber!

Holy hell. The whole series has been nigh-on unwatchable because of how unlikeable almost all of the characters have been, but to have the one remotely redeemable and empathetic male character's storyline pay off that way was pure gold, and basically justifies everything else we've had to put up with. The last three minutes (and the last few frames in particular)...wow.

Also HAZEL NO :(

Why did they show the epitaph at the start of the episode? I guess I understand why they did it but it would have had so much more impact if we didn't know he was going to die from the start.
Just watched this and it was a great episode. I can see why they showed the epitaph, the different bits of the episode mean so much more when you know he's going to die - what would have otherwise been a simple and comparatively boring chat with Henry becomes a missed chance to change his fate etc.

Absolutely amazing episode. Scary in a way because I actually have met a lot of "straight" guys exactly like Daniel before.

Really interested to see how it plays out from now on.

Not a really amazing episode for Cucumber, I thought. My housemate watched with me for the first time and she quite enjoyed it - love how many Doctor Who Alumni there were though!
Shame this went back to being cringe after such a good episode last week.
