I'm not sure about at the time, but Unapologetic is on Spotify now. I think she might have put Diamonds up soon after/with the release, even if she didn't with the rest of the album. Coldplay and Beyonce did similar things didn't they with their latest singles/albums?

Unapologetic was put up for streaming but months after its release IIRC. Diamonds was put up for streaming but very late too.

 

Download sales earn artists much more than streaming so I can see why she would want to get as many sales as possible before putting something up for streaming.
