Omg a new country! Yay! I've updated the unclaimed map if you want to choose a location for your country Cow Cow!

 

 

(I also moved #00274E to that island off the coast of Noonecurria since Jake asked to do so assuming that's fine with everyone, in turn I turned his old location into two countries #06 and #07, one mainland region and some offshore islands)

 

If anyone, for whatever reason, wants to use an empty grey map you can find that here: with borders / without borders.

I'd also like to know if there is a post somewhere with the full map - I think there was, I am just too lazy to click through the thread to find it - and I'll just link to it in the 2nd post in this thread xx (I haven't updated the map there for ages and Jafet's map is objectively superior so I'm happy to fully hand over control of the map to him)

 

took a while but it's here and yes I did indeed make a new continent.

It is expressly forbidden to say anything bad about the font because I know it's hard to read but my god was it hard to find a way to fit all these country names onto the map.

I know nobody asked but so I actually made a new version of the full map which has a much higher level of detail than the one above. So check it out here if you want!

There's all kinds of fun stuff here so if there are any weird claims or regions in your country that you want me to add (like the Caerfyrddia autonomous region, the disputed RDÁ/Bøtanikkä island or Zanmatony's occupation of Poisonvine Bay) or some features you think are missing from your country (like if in your mind there is a big lake or some islands but not on this map) don't hesitate to let me know and I'll add them to the map at some point!

 

Black/Gray countries are unclaimed. If anyone wants to claim them let me know. The new continent is obviously completely unclaimed so every country there (labeled with TN and a number) is up for grabs. As happened with #00274E earlier, I allowed them to change locations so if anyone wants to do that too I think for the most part it should be fine. Really just if you have any suggestions or requests I'm all ears. I enjoy doing this a lot.

 

Wardy, a focused map of your country will be coming soon as you requested some time ago! :) If anyone else wants something like that to post in your thread I'd be happy to do that, feel free to tell me about any features, regions, cities, notable places, rivers and whatnot you want me to include if possible.

Do we have any interesting statistics for the BJSC world map? Such as countries with largest and smallest land mass. Or perhaps which countries are the oldest nations. I know that it is all unnecessary extra work, so there’s no need to go to special lengths to do this, it was just a curious thought. :P

I mean technically all of this is unnecessary work but I enjoy doing it so I'd be happy to compile a list of the largest nations! ^_^

 

As for the oldest nations, I don't know about that but I suppose if we go by oldest = having entered BJSC first that would be these nations that were in the very first BJSC (some under different names):

Here's a close-up of Zanmatony for Wardy :) If you want me to change anything let me know. The regions are just random so if you want me to make more regions/less regions/add other cities/change any features at all let me know. They're all unnamed since I figured you might want to name them yourself in which case I can add the names to the map. PVB doesn't have a capital listed in their thread so I just make their capital named after their username. I know you told me you wanted the capital on the west coast but since your country doesn't have a west coast I figured you might have meant east coast. Otherwise I can easily move it to the western part of the country!

I wish I was surrounded by more active countries but at least I can count on neighbouring Flynnonda to always keep me company in BJSC! ^_^

If you have any ideas you want me to incorporate to the map feel free to draw them (no need to make it fancy) into this base map in paint (for example) and I'll make a map in similar style to the one I did for Wardy :) or you can also just send me details in written form/PM ^_^
