October 12, 20159 yr Albania qualified for their first ever Euro tournament yesterday. Also joining them in next summer's finals are Romania, Germany & Poland. Hoping that at least one team from the Nordic countries will make Euro 2016. Currently 3-1 to Czech Republic against Holland. October 14, 20159 yr I can't believe Holland have missed out on Euro 2016 qualification. Holland and international tournaments go hand in hand, it's only the 2002 World Cup that they have missed out on in recent decades so it will be very strange and a sad loss in my opinion to not see them at the Euros next year. Turkey are probably the most opportunistic team in Europe at the moment fully benefiting from the expanded format and the third place rule.
