YAY for 'Seasons' and 'Never Been Better' climbing again :yahoo:

Quite surprised to see Ed and Rudimental leading - I thought Jess Glynne was a dead cert for a second week at #1. Both are great records anyway so I'll be happy with whichever of the two gets it on Sunday.

It's just because of the pre-order rule. She's outselling him on iTunes now, he just had a long build up of pre-orders. I predict Jess will still manage the #1 on Sunday.

35 Iggy Azalea ft. Jennifer Hudson - Trouble *

Omg pls stay top 40 :o

Clarko??

Love to know..

Single #23

Album #41

I really hope Sia stays top 10, Jess goes to 1 and Luke friend does well

Please can I have 1989, style, blank space and shake it off :)

1989 #10

Style #25

Blank space #43

Shake It Off #51

btw, just for your information, Rudimental is not even credited on Ed Sheeran's track, so everything is added to the original.
Who's dropped out? KSI is a definite I'd imagine.

Relieved to see The Prodigy at #1 with a decent lead! They haven't even managed to overtake James Bay on iTunes so I was a bit worried they were going to majorly underperform despite their strong pre-orders. 12k is not an insurmountable lead but I think they'll be safe unless they are REALLY frontloaded (or unless James Bay has some major promo this week?) Will probably have a chart run closer to that of 'Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned' than 'Invaders Must Die' though.

Good to see 'Bloodstream' at #1 in the first mids as expected as well, I think it has a decent ish chance of holding on, should be pretty close either way though. Wow at Dappy managing a top 10 single in the midweeks in this day and age, I am still hoping for an N-Dubz reunion at some point though I'm guessing it's unlikely by this stage.

Recap:

Singles:

23. Kelly Clarkson - Heartbeat Song

25. Taylor Swift - Style

42. Charli XCX feat. Rita Ora - Doing It

43. Taylor Swift - Blank Space

47. Kodaline - The One

51. Taylor Swift - Shake It Off

Albums:

10. Taylor Swift - 1989

41. Kelly Clarkson - Piece By Piece

Holy hell Nightwish! That's the best they've ever done by a long way in the UK even if they drop to #20 or so.

The last one only made #69 as well. What an improvement.

That's great for Death Cab as well, had no idea they were releasing this week!

I hope #34 remains the case by Sunday.

I hope so too. As it will most likely be kept out by the NOW 90 effect. Shame #32 is still in there though. I also hope Olly and Iggy can secure their placings in the top 40

How even is Dappy of all people still relevant enough to get a top 10 midweek hit? It's probably set to finish outside the top 10 but it's strange that he's still doing semi-well when Tulisa was a massive flop and only 2 people bought the Fazer Richard Rawson single when that happened last year.

Anyway, YAY for The Prodigy looking very likely to hang on to #1, and Madeon in the top 20 :D

Mr. Probz getting that midweek top 40 smash too *.* Hopefully this isn't the last we see of it, it's a much better ballad than any Smith/Sheeran/Legend could come up with

Another album number 1 for the Prodigy, wonderful after the under-performance of the single.
It's cruel to make us see Elastic Heart in the Top 10 only for it to drop to 11 (if not worse) by the weekend. :(

It's a pretty well crafted pop ballad to be fair.

#47

Thanks. Hopefully they can edge a little closer by Sunday, I'd love for it to outpeak 'Honest'.

It will stay in the top 10 due to streaming and the NOW 90 effect
