September 17, 200620 yr The Killers will almost certainly be number one next week, so a number 5 downloads only position is OK.
September 17, 200620 yr Rudebox is disgusting. It's hip-pop for a generic white audience. :puke2: But I like The Killers new song on at the moment, this is real music. Edited September 17, 200620 yr by Oral Fixation
September 17, 200620 yr Well weekend sales helps urban tunes, hence JT, Nelly Furtado and Fergie overtaking them
September 17, 200620 yr Killers only No.5 :o Still probably No.1 next week though! :D Fingers crossed!
September 17, 200620 yr I hope the Killers don't get #1 next week, the song is really poor IMO and doesn't deserve it. Especially if 'Somebody Told Me' couldn't make it.
September 17, 200620 yr Author 4 (from 3) Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1706030.JPG Nelly Furtado is well and truly back in business! Having already unleashed 'Maneater', the biggest hit of the summer so far, spending 4 weeks at Number 1, Nelly now unveils 'Promiscuous', the latest single to be taken from her phenomenal new album, 'Loose'. Already released in the US, where it took the Number 1 slot on the Billboard charts, 'Promiscuous' now arrives in the UK, featuring a call-and-response collaboration with rap producer Timbaland, over some of the slick and off-centre beats that made 'Maneater' such an instant pop classic. - HMV Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous [flash=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jixC9N1pnw.swf UK Release date: 4-9-2006 track listing 1. September 17, 200620 yr Do any of you agree with Lily Allen :puke2: , that Nelly Furtado sounds like a "whale in distress"? Also Timbaland's next clients for an Urban makeover are Duran Duran & Bjork.
