Wiz Khalifa for me, it's a pretty powerful song and I don't even like his other work that much, great chorus and great meaning behind it. Cheerleader is just a pretty weak song on its own but especially in comparison, none of it particularly interests me at all, except for the way he says 'cheerleader' and that's not enough to save it from being otherwise awful.

 

I'm not sure what to call at this point so I'm going to be optimistic and go for Wiz.

I don't like either songs. Cheerleader sounds like an automated computer voice and see you again is an urban track with rap in the middle which isn't my cup of tea at all.

Wiz already has a huge lead on iTunes, plus the fake version of Cheerleader is really holding it back atm, would be quite surprised if it managed to catch up, though both should go have comfortably huge first week sales.

I think it's too early to call, but would marginally prefer See You Again at #1 as it's quite a nice song, ignoring the autotune and Wiz's parts... At this stage I think Cheerleader will make it with its massive pre-orders though.

 

It will be strange to see Jess Glynne get three weeks at #1 (probably) on quite low sales followed by one of these massive hits missing #1 entirely! OMI should have released two weeks ago, giving him, Wiz Khalifa and Carly Rae Jepsen two weeks each!

I am still not convinced that Carly will do it, especially if Omi and Wiz have massive streams etc. Wiz is easily going to be #1 this week but there may be a slight chance Omi could overtake at some point, Wiz will be frontloaded too thanks to the film so its just going to depend who falls quicker.

I'm really liking both songs right now... would be happy with either at #1. I think Wiz Khalifa will get it though (if only Black and Yellow had got to #1!)

 

These two songs, plus Lethal Bizzle and Dr.Kucho, have made this the best release week in ages!

Good chance both will shift over 150k this week, would much prefer 'Cheerleader' at #1, however with shades of 'I'll Be Missing You' it's becoming apparent 'See You Again' is set to become the next blockbusting million seller after 'Uptown Funk'. :)

Had 'See You Again' for #1 on the prediction game (think we can safely say that'll be coming true~ #psychic7 strikes again *.*)

Anyway, I agree Wiz looks a lock for #1. Could be there for quite a few weeks too, and a big jump in the Top 40 assuming he's made it in on streams/Amazon sales this week.
