If we are going to have another dance winner I would much rather it be '7even' than anything else, I didn't really get anything special and certainly nothing as emotive from the other dance contenders. I agree in theory with what Bré's saying, it does seem like something that'll get a lot of high scores.

 

Would love a shock winner to be honest, feels like we haven't really had one of those for a few months. And in a final this high of quality (I think I listed more than half the final in my votes as votes or commiserations) I'd be happy with a lot of songs winning.

I am taking that comparison to 'Baba Yetu' and running with it tbh.

my shock winners would be unovia (well not really a shock), bignia-zaragovina and FARC (the latter is being SEVERELY underpredicted by all of you i'm telling you)

Unovia is looking more and more like a (deserved) winner to me.

 

I don't see 7even finishing higher than low top ten. I'm glad a lot of people are finding it special (as for me the song is really stunning) but there's a large amount of disinterest too. I'm not trying to replicate RAMelia, I just find this emotional trance so gorgeous and nobody else sends it so I'm happy to fill the niche!

If there's a shock winner then it must be ''Born Free''. Predicted to come bottom last, imagine if it went all the way.

I'm very much in love with Unovian entry so it'd be great to see that do well! Haven't actually heard the Rontvian entry yet but if it's a similar thing to RAMelia that can only be good news! Think an Aquafinan flop might be on the cards...

Fans of Unovia's track MUST check out Courtney's album, she's such a fresh and exciting talent, and it's a fantastic debut :wub: #16 seems like a criminal peak for it, I hope it becomes a cult classic.

Very happy to see unovia as a contender even if I couldn't get it this month despite being obsessed with it during the confirmation period :arrr:

I would welcome Unovia winning, would definitely be something of a unique sounding winner! It feels a bit polarising, but it'll have big fans I'm sure, either way I can't call a winner at all this contest which I suppose will make the results more exciting.

 

Can we please get some more Land of DW hype, classical and trance together is :wub: (oh and 7even is so much better than RAMelia)

Unovia I think is just a tad too marmeet to win, I expect it'll be top 10 though.

 

Gonna be pretty disappointed now if we end up having a runaway winner, all this discussion and it's still looking very much like it's anyone's game :lol:

Unovia only needs major support from a third of voters and its got over 300 points in the bag! I think it could do it even despite how polarising it might seem on the surface!
