Released as a promotional single before the album, and accompanied with a dirty video, the song reflects Gaga's early career; it's trials, tribulations and craziness. She wrote it while 'high on drugs' and trying to gather sense of herself and the result is this mammoth pop jam. It's one of her more known album tracks, due to the fact that it got a video and helped to launch her career but it remains one of the songs i would consider skipping in her back catalogue. It did well to make the top 10 here in such a strong album though!
