I personally gave it 3/10 but have since forgotten what it sounded like and don't really want to remind myself of it. It seems many feel the same way. Another early pop-hoe song 'Dangerous' from the second BJSC also represents the bottom 9, the song is well known on the forum for being a winner most would like to forget won so it's no surprise it's all the way down here. Eva Simons 'Silly Boy' won by a large margin but has since got a bad reputation, although a few high scores including from myself did save it from being dead last. At 87th, it is the lowest entry from a still-active country anyhow. A very recent winner, 'In Your Arms' got immediate backlash after winning for being very generic and unsurprisingly also finishes quite low here. It finishes in 85th. Also you'd expect Lady Gaga to finish high in a popularity contest but clearly not here as her Xmas Special winner 'Christmas Tree' is 2nd last here. 88th is still not as floppy as G.U.Y. in the UK singles chart though, oops.

I rather like some of those but really, they aren't the best of BJSC's legacy by any means. Although even one song being beaten by that atrocious Lady Gaga Christmas tune is insulting (yes, I'm defending the Dolly Rockers here, but really anything is preferable).

'St. Patrick' finishes at #73 with last contest's winner 'Raindrops' at #75 (this one should be a lot higher tbh, one of my favourites). Daehun still have one more entry in this anyway so they're still in the game. Robin finishing at #80 means we only have one more Buzzjackfestivalen winner left, clearly they weren't mega-popular here. One place above was the big in Australia but no UK push 'Freefallin' which is very good but gets a less than average score here sadly. Also we lose 'Sissy That Walk', a very iconic winner but its marmite reception here brings its score down as many low votes brought its average down. One of mum's favourite country songs (fact) 'Not Ready To Make Nice' finishes lower than I would have expected, at #71. No big loss though, I hear it far too often because of her playlist anyway.

It's not that bad guys! It somehow got two sets of -1s and two 0s but other than that had all round good scores. The other UK #1 in this section 'Good Times' finishes at the other end of the section. Hendinia still have two more entries to go however so they're still in with a chance. FSR Rontvia lose 2 of their 8 winners here, none of which are brilliant but not offensive either. Another recent winner also leaves, 'People' which is at #62, which means no 2015 winners have made the top half of the rate.
April 17, 201510 yr Black Butta + 1000 Ships should be higher, for being lyrically/sonically interesting and inspired winners. Got a lot of love for those two. I'm not all that shocked at I Kissed A Girl going out, yes I sabotaged it slightly more than I would rate it (a 0 compared to a 4 on a good day) but it's pretty bad, it's overplayed and it's not BJSC anymore. (how long was it for?) I'm actually slightly surprised that People finished highest of the 3 2015 winners, it sorta feels like a default winner to me and not all that memorable, compared to the unusual genre and powerful chorus of PVRIS, which must be the most talked about of the 3 on here.

Another recent winner just loses out on the top 50, this time 'Open Season' by Josef Salvat, which despite being not as good as 'Hustler' (which grew on me a bit recently from R1 airplay) did much better in BJSC. Also Sheelah appear for the second and "last time" in the rundown. One of the lowest scoring winners ever doesn't do too badly here, with 'Tear The House Up' being in the top 3 quarters of the list. Also we have Dragonette 'Let It Go', which is an okay song but obviously iamamiwhoami should have won that contest. Still a massive injustice.
