Our own entry from tiny deaths has also climbed as high as #2. The highest new entry on the new chart is another BJSC entry, from Singerpurear this time. In non-BJSC news, Everything Everything claimed another top 5 hit with 'Spring / Sun / Winter / Dread' last week, while this week the top 5 has been breached by Pia Mia, Chris Brown and Tyga's 'Do It Again' (which I thought would be unlikely to even climb from its #14 debut but has somehow continued to grow) as well as Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and co. with 'Downtown', continuing the duo's 100% run of Bré personal chart top 5 hits with their UK hit singles ('Thrift Shop' and 'White Walls' reached #1, 'Can't Hold Us' #3 and 'Same Love' also #5). A couple of weeks after it made a brief appearance at the bottom of the chart, Duke Dumont's 'Ocean Drive' has clicked properly and re-enters at #9. Bring Me The Horizon claim a second top 10 from their current album with 'Throne' climbing to #10. Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Run Away With Me' ascends into the top 20, and there are new entries just outside it for Florence + The Machine's 'Queen Of Peace' and R. City's 'Locked Away' which definitely does not feature anyone. 'Magnets' becomes the 4th top 5 hit here from Disclosure's second album 'Caracal' and Disclosure's 3rd #1 following 'Latch' and previous Lorde collaboration 'Royals / White Noise' (feat. AlunaGeorge). It's a record-matching 6th #1 for Lorde, after the aforementioned 'Royals / White Noise', the original 'Royals', 'Team', 'No Better' and 'Yellow Flicker Beat'. She joins Chase And Status and Plan B in having the most #1s in my charts' history. It can surely only be a matter of time before she takes the record because I am predictable in a Joseph-esque way when it comes to our queen. <3 Drake and tiny deaths drop a place each (the latter now inhabiting the final place they achieved in BJSC following the Tampergate scandal), while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis & friends' 'Downtown' goes up a place to #4 and Duke Dumont enters the top 5 with 'Ocean Drive', surpassing the #6 peak of 'Need U (100%)' though not yet matching the #3 peak of 'I Got U'. The second highest new entry comes from Fetty Wap and Monty at #14 with 'My Way', which I prefer to Fetty's actual current single '679' (although that is now growing on me and will probably enter next week as well). Ellie Goulding's exile from my chart ends as she's made a good song again and enters at #22 with 'On My Mind'.
