Not a fan of the album cover, but never mind. Her artwork has generally never been one of her strongest points. I'm just so excited that the album is coming in 3 weeks!! *.*

 

It'd be pretty bizarre if she finally managed to get a UK #1 album, thanks to the low sales climate. Particularly with it directly following up her lowest studio album peak of #34 ( </3 ). I won't hold my breath for that happening though! I'd be more than happy if it managed the Top 5 tbh, she hasn't scaled those heights here since 'Circus'. Tbh I'm still not over 'In The Zone' only peaking at #13! The UK sucks. x

PRIVATE SHOW IS MY FAVORITE SONG RELEASED SINCE 'GIMME MORE'. FOR BRITNEY'S PERSONALITY ALONE. OMGMGMGMFMFMGSEXGFZSGNL.
I love 'Private Show'!! Possibly more than 'Make Me'. The vocals made me wince at first, but I love them now!! :D
It's her best vocals since her first two albums, IMO. Full belting during half the song. EXCEPTIONAL.

I looooove Private Show. It's so much better than the advert suggested. 'The Work it, work it, boy watch me work it, slide down my pole watch me spin it and twerk it' part is instantly iconic.

 

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Make Me is still far superior.

Love the album title; sits perfectly next to her greats! Album cover.........oh well. :lol:

 

Private Show is great; a little grating on the ears on first couple of listens but great nonetheless. Love the complete randomness of it; it's like Mm Papi meets Hot As Ice meets How I Roll.

 

So damn excited for this. It's released on the start of my 4 day holiday from work!! :D

I have everything crossed that this makes the top 5 / #1 !?!? but I doubt it because it's out during VMA week and that will SURELY mean other artists are planning big "surprise" releases there to capitalise on the promotion. I would be thrilled if her days off and the release date mean she is doing the VMAs and will just pray that no one else releases lmao!

 

(except Gaga, she can drop a surprise release then ~)

 

I am so excited regardless of how this performs though.

She's doing carpool karaoke! Like, what even. Livevocalsney to slay the world?
I 99% of the time can't stand James Cordon but I have to admit I can tolerate him enough to give my faves a boost on Carpool Karaoke (Carpooloke?).
She's really doing everything nobody expected her to ever do again this era.
This and most likely a VMA performance? Am I dreaming?
