102. Charles Hamilton - New York Raining (feat. Rita Ora)

Its strange seeing Electro Velvet doing well  I can see Sweden easily in the chart on Sunday, if it maintains a high position, I think the rest of the Euro hits will start to fade by Weds.
Fantastic to see Måns Zelmerlöw in the UK iTunes top 10, I hope he can make the top 40 next Sunday.
Heroes is top 5 combined now and I know he can make it more further. Where are the last years winners peaked?

Yay at some amount of people actually buying the Kiesza remix :magic: Don't Look Down should be Top 10 on the next update, and probably up to about #4 by tonight

 5. Mans Zelmerlow - Heroes [also #49]

Tnx.

I meant Itunes but I guess those are the official chart peak.. He will not get there with the streaming rule this year...

4 is far as he can go on Itunes at best.

Yes official chart peaks.

Well I could check iTunes if you want but it's a bit more research, I'm sure though Loreen was number 1

New York Raining is a real grower of a song. Shame Rita Ora doesn't do this type of music anymore. Apparently this is really mainstream and a record-label excerise for Charles Hamilton, who is even more talented than this record suggests. :o

Jason Derulo for an easy #1 it would seem. He's really hit and miss for me (like everyone ). My favourites from him are Ridin' Solo, Talk Dirty and Wiggle. This new one is alright I think, on par with In My Head, whereas his shockers are The Other Side or Don't Wanna Go Home.

He's remarkably consistent in getting hits if I'm honest. Not many people in 2009 would have predicted his staying power commercially. The same applies to Flo Rida too. Could even include the likes of Chris Brown, Usher & Ne-Yo who make similar music, but they're more R&B than Derulo who's more Pop imo.

iTunes peaks:

2009 ?? Alexander Rybak - Fairytale (Norway)

2010 16 Lena - Satellite (Germany)

2011 32 Ell & Nikki - Running Scared (Azerbaijan)

2012 01 Loreen - Euphoria (Sweden)

2013 16 Emmelie De Forest - Only Teardrops (Denmark) (had 2 versions in the top 20 at one point)

2014 15 Conchita Wurst - Rise Like A Phoenix (Austria) (had 2 versions top 25 at one point)

Thought Conchita had peaked higher tbh even though it only got to #17 officially. Mans should hopefully get top 10 then !

Martin Garrix in the top 10 :cheer:

great to see this turning out to be a smash despite Radio 1 snubbing it for no good reason

Yes but she had at one point two songs top 25, one at around 17 and one at 22 so combined she was higher (don't know where though)
