Oh wow, happy 6 years to this special album

The Official Charts Company recently put out a tweet asking what people's favourite 3rd albums were from artists and this would definitely be up there for me.

Going to put it on now to celebrate!

I stanned her from this point forward! I loved her debut era and was so ready for her to get that big UK/European push then felt like My Everything which was where her success translated more over here was a step backwards but this album was just full of bangers but had a real growth to it as well.

I was quite surprised by a comment I made on this thread in 2020 that Touch It was my least favourite ballad; it's the one I go back to now and is actually the highest rated Ariana track from this era in my Apple most played of 2022 so far! I still think that the album tracks on this eclipse the singles bar Into You but this is the era where she showed huge main girl energy and that she was here to remain a main pop girl too!

I'd probably rate this as my third favourite Ariana album (Sweetener and thank u, next still eclipse this for me) but i'll still be listening this weekend for the anniversary.

Glad that 'Touch It' has grown on you! It seems to improve every time in contests on here.

This popped up on my twitter today, a reminder of the scrapped song 'Baby Loves' that was used as an interlude on the Dangerous Woman tour in the end:

It's her Born This Way album for me, aka a hugely special album, the best in her discography and a complete journey of a listen through from start to end. Pure love for this amazing era

'Into You', 'Touch It' & 'Thinking Bout You'... I *think*

I love this album TOO much to decide a top 3 omg.

I'm actually listening to the album right now!

Dangerous Woman, Into You & Bad Decisions are my top 3.

8 years!!!

Those years have just absolutely flown by. I completely stanned this album at the time of its release.

I do think she’s topped it since but this is still a really enjoyable album from start to finish and I think it’s the album that made me realise that she really was a main pop icon from that point forward.

8 years :o

It’s hard to decide between this and ‘thank u, next’ for my favourite album of hers.
