West Ham should have won that easily, thought they might crumble in the last 15 minutes once Depay came on. Still a good point.

Man Utd are so awful. They won't win the title. If they do it will be only because everyone else is so bad. Never seen such a slow, ponderous Man Utd side. They're lucky they're even where they are at the moment. I'm utterly biased of course, they have no goals in the side.

But they still have scored more goals than Liverpool this season

On the flipside West Ham have beaten all the top teams bar Spurs this year so at least that's something. But the tactics are getting a bit concerning now with all the draws of late. If we don't beat Wolfsburg on Tuesday I fear the season will fall apart...

Stoke have beaten Manchester City :D, I didn't think Manchester City would win away at Stoke but I thought that they would have salvaged a point. Now hopefully Arsenal & Leicester will lose as well which would mean that a Man Utd victory would take us back to the top of the table.

If Arsenal, Leicester & Man Utd all win today then Man City will drop down to 4th place

I was a bit too carried away.......

We were quite lucky to avoid defeat in this match, West Ham hit the woodwork twice and had the better opportunities overall. It was only in the last 10 or so minutes that Man Utd created more of the chances despite having more possession than West Ham.

It's the end of an era for the Premier League today as Jamie Vardy's legendary scoring run has come to an end at 11 games. But after their 3-0 win they are top of the table now which is just mind-blowing at this stage of the season, it's as if someone is playing as Leicester in a Master League season on Pro Evolution Soccer

We were impotent until Klopp worked his magic.

But to challenge your article, the reason West Ham won those games was predominately because of Payet. Him missing is a massive blow! West Ham are no mugs, but it's 2 points dropped rather than 1 point gained. The booing was hilarious at the end - give it to Giggs!

Keep thinking the wheels will come off Leicester, but they don't. Mahrez has probably given Gary Monk a copy of his p45 tonight.

Thing for Man Utd, is your next 4/5 games are all very winnable, all on paper should be 3 point bankers. But this is football I suppose..!

Not just Payet missing today. We also had Sakho, Lanzini & Valencia unavailable and Moses went off before half time. In that context, a point at Old Trafford is a great result - although we should have won. Zarate's chance in the second half was agonising.

United were largely poor despite their 'dominance' of possession. Fellaini clearly stamped on Tomkins and Schweinstiger elbowed Reid in the throat yet neither were sent off. Delay made a difference when he came on but one shot on target at home to West Ham is unacceptable for any potential title winner.

I dread to think what we'd have been like in previous years with four or our five best attacking players out, but we've got depth now. Antonio was lively when he came on and he and Zarate offered some support to Carroll at last. Alex Song is a class act.

Song is so comfortable with the ball - you can see how he played for Arsenal and Barcelona. Antonio has potential and should get some game time now. A few times his touch wasn't quite there but he had the raw pace to trouble United.

Carroll had his best game in a while. First half, we played long balls up to his head and he was second best to Smalling. Second half we played balls into his feet and he has some quality touches.

Today's results have strengthened my suspicion that the record for lowest number of points to win the league will be broken this season. There is no outstanding team at the moment unless if you count Leicester as one, normally at this point there is one team that begins to pull away from the rest.

It's only 2011/12 & 2013/14 where this wasn't the case by early December in recent years but in 11/12 the two Manchester clubs were ahead of all the rest by a big margin.

I'll feel quite sad for Gary Monk if he gets sacked, he's been consistent with Swansea up until this season. I guess if he goes then maybe Man Utd will stop losing 2-1 to Swansea

Sacking Monk would be ludicrous. Swansea have massively overperformed ever since becoming a Prem team and they have never been in relegation danger. I don't think they are this year either there's so many teams far worse than them. The results haven't reflected the performances and there is far too much quality in the squad to go down.

Ah, the old "too good to go down line"

Bournemouth have taken a 1-0 lead in the 82nd minute against defending champions Chelsea. This will be one of the most famous results in Premier League history if it ends like this.

As frequently as it is thrown around, I can only really recall Newcastle in 2009 falling victim.

West Ham in 2003 and Leeds in 2004 are big examples too. The year we went down with 42 points was ridiculous. That squad included Di Canio, Cole, Kanoute, Defoe, Carrick, Sinclair, James & Johnson.

Bournemouth beating Chelsea still is a huge upset! Nobody has predicted it, despite Chelsea's woeful season.

And they've won :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Bournemouth getting their offside luck.

Deserved victory though. What a crazy league this year.

They really are having a Borussia! Gonna have to win the Champions League to be in it next year (yeah right).

No chance of 4th now, unless something spectacular happens.

Chelsea might not even get Thursday nights the way they're going  for the league as a whole this has been a truly incredible season so far.

It was a very tight decision. A similarly tight decision went against them a couple weeks ago. It makes a change of the close decisions to go their way. One step on the road to these things evening out over a season!
