Of course we also dropped to 7th under Moyes...

Oh yeah that's true

Leicester surely wont go back to being relegation battlers, they should at least challenge for Europa League football from now on and of course they will be able to attract top players from around the world due to them being in next season's Champions League.

Some people should be putting money on you finishing top 4, the form team of the league right now!

Agreed! They have a tough 5 games coming up though, think they play Arsenal, Chelsea, Leicester and Man City, but if they win 3 out of 4 they'll set themselves up nicely.

Another fantastic day for Leicester :D

It will be very interesting to see where they finish next season. I think the Premier League record drop for defending champions was 7th place for Blackburn in 1995/96 but Chelsea look like they will equal that this season.

For me Leicester will probably be 7/8th next season. Mahrez will be gone in the summer, probably Kante too. Gonna be difficult to sustain anywhere near this level of performance.

In all fairness, we've done better against the 'bigger' teams this season!

Lol at people already wondering if Leicester will finish next season in 8th!!

This really is fairytale stuff from them tho and with a manager who people couldn't really see it happening with, it is sorta like what the English league used to be like in the 60s and 70s with teams like Derby and Forest just getting great managers and jumping from the second division and winning the first division within 1-3 seasons.

If I were Leicester I'd definitely want the league wrapped up before the final day. That game against Chelsea is looking rather ominous.
First league win over Everton in NINE years, what a way to do it!!!

This is becoming the dream season, winning at both Liverpool and Everton is unheard of. :o

First time since February 2000 according to Match Of The Day that West Ham have come back and won from being two goals down.

Alternatively, it's the perfect script... ;)

At least in those days, there was more of a level playing field financially. The fact that Leicester could beat the big-money clubs to win the title makes their potential achievement even more remarkable. Nottingham Forest, of course, did it with a manager who had done it once already.

At the other end of the table, Bournemouth are now within one win of almost guaranteed safety. When I saw the fixture list, I thought they needed to be outside (and, preferably, well clear of) the bottom three by the ned of March. They have almost made it three weeks ahead of that, which makes April's games against Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton look less daunting. It means that the final game of the season, at Old Trafford, is also a rather less worrying prospect.

That's pretty much been the case ever wince our first home game this season. We're not a daunting prospect at home anymore against anyone

Palace have deserved that  Only saw the last 5 minutes, but couldn't have happened to a nicer manager!

True  Nevertheless, I'm sure Bournemouth will be happier visiting there knowing that the result is relatively unimportant.

Newcastle were appauling against Bournemouth yesterday, I was surprised how good Bournemouth were but surely Newcastle will be looking for a new manager

David Moyes if the rumours are led to be right.

Must say I thought Bournemouth were certanties to go down this year. Admittedly it's been a weird season, but I'm pleased for them. Like Burnley, I think they have a fantastic manager and it's so unlike football these days to see clubs sticking with a manager when the team has a poor run of form. Really refreshing!

If the board had sacked Eddie Howe when Bournemouth were struggling, there would have been riots in the streets here

I would prefer this as well so that they can lift the trophy at the King Power stadium and also the pitch invasion that would happen would be such a joyous thing to witness. Chelsea players would have to give them and Claudio Ranieri a guard of honour as well which would be like a middle finger to Roman Ambromovich

Yeah and it's the same with Burnley fans as well. It's so refreshing to see.

I'd find it really darkly funny if Chelsea were able to enact revenge on them and deny them on the final day. Couldn't see Mourinho celebrating too much from home if it meant giving the title to Arsene Wenger though!

It would be really funny though, especially considering the fact Ranieri is the manager  The title for me will go down to the final game regardless though. Really interesting to see Leicester when there's 4 or 5 games to go. The thing that goes in their favour is there's really only Man City who have been in a title race recently. Spurs will be in the same position as well, and who knows with Arsenal.
