None of those songs are wowing me unfortunately. A lot of the personality has been sucked out of the songs. I hope the album does well but I don't think I'll be helping it.

 

'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' sounds good though.

White December sounds fantastic!

I listened to the previews and it sounds just as naff as I was fearing. :(

 

I like the sound of 'Christmas Wrapping' and 'Christmas Isn't Christmas 'Til You Get Here' though.

The previews are not exciting me. That said, i never had high hopes of this album exciting me.

Well I really hope fans get behind it. Its festive and it means Kylie will be on our TVs and in the news so that's good to see.

 

Just checked Amazon and there are SOOOO many albums coming out 6th, 13th, 20th November from big acts.... I fear she will miss the top 10, but as long as it stays top 40 until Xmas I will be happy.

 

She is going to Australia to do some promo too so needs to fit in as much on UK as possible.

 

She is singing at the Post Office Children In Need Ball tonight ...... not sure if she will sing an Xmas song.... doubtful (just seen a clip, and its the same KMO set and costumes zzzzzz)

Its not a release im excited about, i know i wont like it but i will be buying it for the collection. I hope she can go top 10 with it at some stage, if her loyal fans stick by her and a few casual buyers she should make the top 10.

I must confess, I am more excited about the Kylie wrapping paper than the actual album.

no, Royal Variety is on the 13th and shown on tv the following week

 

on 13th also is cinema premier of A Christmas Gift, Kylie has a cameo appearance in this Northern Irish youth made movie - great cause. maybe she sings a song...

The Headless Postman, very reliable insider on Sayhey, is dropping hints she is filming the video for the lead single and that is has a decent budget. 2 day shoot.

 

Going to need to be a quick edit, unlike The Other Boys video.
