Preparing the votes is simple. As you receive each one copy them into a word document and then update the table after each vote. Then all you have to do on the night is copy and paste from word. My excel sheets are always set up to have the total in the 2nd column so after each vote i sort the sheet then copy the first two columns into word. Makes prep work a breeze.
