July 10, 201511 yr Just tuning in to the start now as I've been at work. I like the new sound to the show and great to hear my old friend Greg doing it. Bit disappointed that they've just decided to play the top 25 rather than the 20 + new entries and climbers. Petite Meller deserved a play.

July 10, 201511 yr Huh why would it get rerun?? Because it is wrong. It has been recompiled before (see my commentary) and should be this time if at all possible. If Spotify cannot recover the data, they will have a problem in identifying what royalties are due.

Deleting comments is a convenient way to try and pretend that this never happened but the issue will still remain. I can't believe none of the newspapers have picked up on it and run a story about the first Friday chart being incorrect, they were all quick enough to write stories about streaming being included in the charts last year!

They could write the story about including streaming from the OCC press release. Writing a story about this would mean doing some actual work.
