August 30, 20159 yr Shame that Scoop got a telling-off from Big Brother on what was actually one of the more interesting conversations the show has seen.
August 30, 20159 yr I was actually really interested in that conversation, it was interesting to see his perspective on the word. However I do see Big Brothers stance on the issue, chances are they will receive complaints based on that conversation from people being offended. They're really just covering their bases. Happy to see Scoop took the "telling off" as it is the way that it was intended as well.
August 30, 20159 yr I think Big Brother was right to mention that to Scoop, it's not a telling off as such, more just asking him to be a bit more careful about using the word at all as of course it could offend people even in a conversation like that (which I also found interesting). I agree that Scoop took it very well though, was glad to see that. He's coming across very well so far imo!
August 30, 20159 yr I'm actually really enjoying Jenna, surprisngly, so far! She's definitely one of my favourites, I didn't expect her to be quite so rounded and interesting to watch. And yeah, wow Farrah really is unhinged :/ She just won't let up! She's coming across as very immature and bratty, just arguing by shouting and going round in circles.... It's as if she studied exactly how to be the first evictee and she doesnt want to be there but wants her fee so can't walk out  That or she's just genuinely that much of a twat which is highly possible. I'm not a fan of Austin either really, I thought he seemed fun but he seems very bitchy and it's already getting quite boring.
August 30, 20159 yr I had the feeling i was watching a homo erotic clip the last few minutes of tonight :P
August 30, 20159 yr It was so cringe. It annoyed me a bit, especially after the last gay guy on BB was thrown out for similarly taunting Joel. I had high hopes that Austin would be able to demonstrate that gay guys can actually just be regular folk in regular relationships as we so rarely see that side of things on tv.
August 31, 20159 yr I was quite enjoying that "bromance" up until then, it showed a straight and a gay guy could be friends, with a bit of flirty banter, easily. But Austin went a bit too far, I think James took it quite well and in his stride.
August 31, 20159 yr I haven't watched this since Friday's show but as I am watching this right now I have to say that it is so cringy right now. I'm not surprised that the ratings are lower than the previous celebrity editions, the spark that the previous 3 celebrity big brothers had isn't there with this series.
August 31, 20159 yr I do have to agree with that really. It just seems to be a whole bunch of random arguments so far and I'm not as engaged as I normally am. The previous series might have been based on arguments too but they were based around central things (e.g. Frenchie/Perez taunting the house)
August 31, 20159 yr I'm finding this very entertaining, once again the Americans are providing all the drama while the majority of the Brits are just sitting having their coffee. I don't think I saw Chris at all in that episode, and I didn't hear Sherrie speak once either. I do hope the Americans are rewarded by the public for their entertainment, but I guess they have even less chance of gaining public support with the battle of the countries.
September 1, 20159 yr Tonight's show is a live special titled 'A Royal Arrival'. A special guest will enter but it's not confirmed how long they will stay for. Tila is apparently saying she will sue if they don't let her back in.
September 1, 20159 yr Author I kinda think they might bring Tila in to have more controversy surronding it! It'd be a first ever as well.
September 1, 20159 yr Cue the Facebook mothers: "SHE ISN'T REAL ROYALTY WHERE IS QUEEN ELIZABETH II????"
September 2, 20159 yr Paul being booed. I think it was good that we saw the medical staff come in to help Janice to show some more transparency in what is happening in the house but they didn't need to go as far as showing what they did.
September 2, 20159 yr I don't get how Tila's departure was glossed over and we saw nothing yet they showed wayyy too much of Janice's saga, I don't think we needed to see all that we did especially when they're so tight lipped about everything at other times!
September 2, 20159 yr Janice staahhhp, don't make me warm to Farrah. :( How useless is Paul going to be, he didn't have any impact on how they were working! Just saying 'we're working as a team' doesn't do anything. Big yawn at Stevi & Chloe, I've never seen a couple like it. I'm not a fan of BB couples anyway but this takes it to the extreme. I'm a bit annoyed they've returned to '2 noms & up for eviction' but at least it should mean Chris is out this week, he was a bit pointless addition! Scoop was hilarious when he was nominating though, with his Geneva convention.
September 3, 20159 yr I feel like all quite big characters are up so they just chucked Christopher with his two nominations in there too, but maybe that's too cynical  Thankfully Christopher should go quite comfortably, he's one of the most boring and irrelevant CBB housemates of the past few years :/ He just gives me nothing, I can't envision any actually having a reason to vote for her! Whilst Farrah for example is a twat and Chloe/Stevi are getting annoying for example, I can see why people would like them. I'm really frustrated at Stevi and Chloe because pretty much from the second I saw her on X Factor I knew she'd be a fabulous housemate, so naturally I was so excited to see her be on this series, but they're pretty cringey together and it's really tedious to watch them be stupidly paranoid over their relationship. I think either of them alone would be great, and potential winners, but having them as one housemate as well as in there together is a misfire, for me. It only encourages them even more to act as one unit :drama:
