  • Katherine Jayne (Ultraviolenceland entry) is also fully AI I believe. Although not sure to what extent the lyrics to that or indeed this were written by a human. I felt happier not knowing this was A

After a contest hiatus we return back with Openside and 'I Feel Nothing' which is a former PJSC Winner. The band isn't active anymore but this stuck out as a breezy summer pop tune all things considered and so are hoping for a Q at the least!

For our visit to Jadakissnia for the 179th contest we are sending our first AI entry (didn't realise this when I confirmed it!!). Whether thats a good or bad thing I'm not sure but I nonetheless figured it was a nice laidback entry and hopefully has some fans.

Could be a BJSC first too, as I think Headache had an AI vocal delivery only as I recall but was otherwise made by producer Vegyn and the lyrics were not made with AI. Their new album is solid - I expected them to be recycled this time!

Your entry is the most convincing song I’ve heard yet made by AI, I would have had no idea - it’s a really lovely soundscape.

Katherine Jayne (Ultraviolenceland entry) is also fully AI I believe. Although not sure to what extent the lyrics to that or indeed this were written by a human.

I felt happier not knowing this was AI as it's a little concerning how much this does just sound like a regular (and good!) dream pop song. But ah well. A good song is a good song I guess x (and the person behind copperplate posted on their BandCamp asking people to support real artists lol so at least they're self aware...)

I've heard Semi 1 now and on how it sounds alone, this is easily one of the top 20 of the semi (one of my clear favourites there, in fact), so if it does DNQ as the predictions suggest, then I suppose it's due to AI marking down.

I presume this entry is what the big listenthrough discourse was about last night.

I don't plan to mark it down myself and I get the sense that most people are far less bothered about AI than I am in general so I'm sure it'll probably be fine x

(I'd be side eyeing a lot more if people sent AI songs on purpose but I cannot fault you here for not realising it was AI)
