I still think that global warming is natural though and not man-made. Heck, even the US President doesn't believe in global warming.

Obviously you and Trump are FAR more qualified than the entire scientific community and billions of hours of research.

I meant your attitude to treating the planet as a rental car, and fuck the next people who have to use it.

You quickly quoted something that I deleted as I thought it may offend.

Obviously you and Trump are FAR more qualified than the entire scientific community and billions of hours of research.

I and Trump for that matter, have minds and are free to believe what we want to, just like you are too.

 the trolling has returned!!

Everyone's entitled to their own beliefs. You are not entitled to your own facts.

I haven't stated any facts though, just what I believe.

It hasn't. It's my opinion. Even some scientists still don't believe in it. Are they all trolls?

Polls have repeatedly said that global warming is very low on the priorities of most voters. Most care about Brexit then the economy, tax rates, NHS etc etc.

Climate change and its effects aren't about what's popular with people it's about leading for the good of all and seeking advice from experts and scientists in this case. It's not about what's in the self interest of voters.

No but I genuinely thought it was funny you used a divisive figure like trump as a fellow supporter and not a professional or scientist who study these things All their life.

So why does the POTUS pour scorn on global warming? He has no time for it and isn't interested in it at all. Surely he has access to the best scientific results on earth. Of course everyone hates him so he can't possibly be right for a change.

I did Geography for my undergrad and in the climate module our lecturer wasn't a believer in global warming he believed in the global cooling theory in terms of blocking he jetstream and creating a cooling as ice melted more.

I don't know, I can't think of any lobby group that has a vested interest in quelling policies that would be implemented to mitigate/reverse global warming. Not one. Anyone?

I can find a scientist who believes that global warming isn't man-made if you like but can't see it changing anyone's mind so why waste my fingers?

No, because the facts don't support your belief. I could say I believe in unicorns but the facts say that's bollocks.

Sorry, can you explain that in English please. Do you mean the gulf stream?

Fair enough. It was a clearly divisive point though would you agree?

He has access to it and then ignores it in favour of the views of the energy companies who fund his party. The tobacco companies used to do the same thing.

The jetstream which brings all our windy/wet weather off the Atlantic and generally keeps us wet and mild through the year.
