Record Store Day 2021 update: it will be split over two drops on 12th June and 17th July.

Super excited to experience my first Record Store Day being an actual record collector :cheeseblock:

I was going to cancel my VMP subscription but they’ve gone and made the next album M.I.A Kala so obvs I now can’t

Got a couple vinyls in the last days... I ordered Lana's red vinyl with the alternative cover from FNAC France and surprisingly the shipping costs were super low and they were super fast and it arrived in just 2-3 days...

also found Lorde-Melodrama in a local store for super cheap, had tried to buy it a couple times but was always out of stock

 

but worst news, I ordered the exclusive edition of the new Ben Howard album from his UK store... and now I got a letter from the post office that the record is at customs here in Denmark and that if I want it, I need to pay 30 euros in taxes :/ guess thats the negative effects of Brexit :/

Agh, that is annoying. I'm surprised you have to pay that much though, surely that pretty much doubles the cost of it?!!!

yes :/ actually the tax you have to pay is not that much, like 5Euros but they have a 25E handling fee :/

just in case anyone in here is a fan of this band Inhaler (aka Bono's son's band)

they have released a limited edition of one of the prettiest vinyl formats I've ever since

Very happy that I managed to find a copy of Adam F - Colours online yesterday, I've been looking for one for ages. D&B isn't my favourite genre but I think this is pretty much its peak for me.
